The fear is only irrational if it doesn't exist but every day we see several politicians holler about banning "assault weapons". Check is in the mail, it is only a cold sore, I promise I will pull out and I won't cum in your mouth all are statements made by someone trying to calm "irrational fears".

Gee, I must've missed the part where President Obama was standing outside Joe's Guns 'n Ammo with a sign saying, "Come inside and buy more guns!"

But yes, I do get your (very inaccurate) meaning. If you really wanted to be more accurate, you'd give the credit to the decades-long fear-mongering by the Right and the NRA, because it's not just Obama, but every time there's a major shooting, lots more gun nuts go to buy more guns.

if banoids didn't stop trying to ban guns of honest people everytime a crazed killer ignores dozens of laws and shooting innocents, none of this would happen

Considering there are so very few 'heroes' in my estimation, I would say he's not, but who the hell am I to tell someone that thinks differently that the gun shop owner isn't?

Life is far too short to worry about the nickel and dime BS.

Here's a question for you, guy - if we went and got rid of all those heinous gun control laws, who exactly do you think it would be who would be buying more guns? The good, law-abiding citizens who wouldn't be prevented from buying guns anyway with the laws we have today? Or the idiots and crazies and terrorists who would no longer face any hindrance from legally buying guns?

I really want to hear you answer that question, because NObody of any consequence on the Left is trying to keep good, law-abiding citizens from buying sensible firearms (though yours and my definitions of 'sensible firearms' are almost certainly two different things).

crooks would still be banned from doing that

citizens of california and other banoid run states could buy the same stuff I can own in ohio

crooks cannot own any firearms in any state in the USA

Guy, the only real effect of what you want would be for crazies and idiots and terrorists to buy even more firearms...and for your oh-so-holy gun manufacturers to make even more money with which they will purchase even more congressmen.

I have a gun within 10 foot of me wherever I am in the house at all times. They aren't just laying around. I have a lot of guns and live in the mountains. We get crazies up here every once in awhile. We also have mountain lions, bears, bobcats and coyotes.

Precisely. Additional gun laws would stop no crime at all, no terrorism at all, no whacks jobs either. The hundreds of gun laws on the books and many proposed, would have had no effect on the San Berdoo Two.

Do these dopes live in their Mom's basement, in cities with wall to wall people? I'll bet many of them do not have a clue of what it's like to live out in the rural areas of the US....NONE! I remember when the Boston Bombers were on the loose and everyone had to hide in their homes....and quiver in fear.

I've investigated many home invasions, if you can't reach your gun in 2-3 seconds, your become a victim.

Ideally, you should keep your gun on your person at all times except to sleep, and then have it at an arm's reach.
