Already controversial for counselling his followers to shun their parents, a Toronto-area podcaster is facing allegations he listened in on his therapist wife as she met with distraught patients.

Stefan Molyneux is a self-described libertarian philosopher. His wife, Christina Papadopoulos, is a psychological associate in Mississauga.

The College of Psychologists of Ontario found Ms. Papadopoulos guilty of professional misconduct in November, 2012, faulting her for adopting Mr. Molyneux’s views and using the Internet to counsel people to sever ties with their families.

Sorry, I don't watch youtube videos serving as someone's argument. Especially not when they're titled "The Truth".

For what it's worth I'm against: background checks beyond retail sale, registration, CC denial and the removal of the right to self defense for most felons. I support teachers with CC. I'm against "gun free zones". I support all arms of the infantry being protected by the 2nd.

I'm listening to that part right now, and he just discussed Appalachia, which I am at the Foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.

Also, the inverse relation to value of the crime versus the use of a firearm - the lower the value of the stolen property, the more likely there was a gun used. Crazy.

Because of the obscure way in which the FBI reports the race and ethnicity of offenders, we had to make several approximations. First off, Hispanic data is separated from race data and is broken down to "Hispanic" or "not Hispanic" for the entire dataset. While it is safe to assume that most Hispanics were classified as white because of the colour of their skin, we didn't want to make any assumptions. To figure out the percentage of Hispanic offenders and separate it from the white, black, asian etc. race categories, we used Census data on how Hispanics identify themselves racially. Not surprisingly, the vast majority of them identify as white, and very few consider themselves black. Given the very low percentage of black Hispanics, we counted "Some Other Race" as white. Another problem with the FBI dataset was the vast number of "Unknown" reported offenders. He's made the argument, Ive merely provided his citations.

All you need to do is disprove it if you disagree.

However, I suspect you can not, hence the attempt to attack the messenger.

well he's a cult leader so either he's too embarrassed to say what the conclusion of the video is unless you listen to an hour worth of nonsense first. Or much more likely, there is no point just a general feeling of hatred and random suspicion and he wants to share this hatred with the world
