Does carrying a gun ever really stop crime?

Apparently many want others to believe reasonable has nothing to do with REASON. In fact to them it means what they like, not that it has sound reason. Schools don't seem to use dictionaries much these days.

I get your point, but that's not what it means to me. To me reasonable means that a law that restricts a right should be written with a clear view to prevent crime or to limit a right very narrowly in a manner that it prevents one from infringing on the rights of another. Magazine limits, restrictions on cosmetic features, waiting periods, and laws limiting areas where one can carry do none of these things.
