When a country calls for austerity, then there are cuts to spending. this is supposed to save money, but, the less you spend the less you get back. usually, it will be the result of a cut to corruption - this would be where the lucrative tenders do not come in because there is no corruption, of course. if there needs to be corruption for the deals to take place, let the corruption take place! this would be losing millions to secure billions, of course... why not make it next to legal?
I know in the great system of soccer there is a signing fee for the player - maybe that could be used here for the person securing the tender as a pious gift to them? this could go straight to 'the company owner' and then the deal can take place for a mere percentage of the total costs?
Otherwise, the less you spend, the less money is in circulation. if you take money out of education and health care, then there are real problems too - rather take it out of the military? the military does not need to be strong - there is no foreseen war to fight.
Taking money out of these sectors taxes the poor, not the rich. if they were to import more luxury goods - things for the rich - then the services that sell these things only have to sell about a quarter order to see a profit, of course. to get luxury goods into the country, you need to lower taxes on luxury goods or find another way to 'entice the luxury goods.'
Then, there are my measures for finding cheaper hospital and educational equipment, that i am sure a lot of you know about? i mean, i have made them basically self servicing, and these actually do not need half as much money.
