| Re: Constitution for the United States of America, Section 8 The real problem here with FEDERAL revenue is not at much from where it comes, but to where it goes. It goes to all sorts of things that are truly unconstitutional. No one can argue that most of the departments in the Executive Branch are unconstitutional because they serve purposes not specified or implied under Article II. All the earmarks directly inserted by Congress that the Executive must fund are included. It has become a travesty that has stripped the States of their sovereignty and the People of their property.
