I think YOU haven't, because there's nothing in Marbury which has a thing to do with Congress defining federal courts and their jurisdictions.

If you actually read and understood the case, you'd know exactly why its decision wouldn't apply.

Hi there ALL, am sending this from malaysia, wished to know is there any US citizens as at today detained under patriot act with out trial? and how long the detention can be allowed without trial ? Do you think there could be some lawyers amongst the members replying in this type of postings?...just curious coz, am not a lawyer...
