From what I've seen, every single appearance, without exception, that this guy made he has accomplished or has done the following:

1. Reduce trust in the efficiency and independence of the Department of Justice
2. Show how flawed the system is
3. Reduce trust in himself as a competent department leader.
4. Make excuses for the crass failures his department has made on the highest level by blaming it on something else
5. stumbling and bumbling incoherently trying to avoid questions.

and there is one more... there are cases when he makes appearances to cater to the desires of the NAACP.

I think Holder is a very poor excuse for an AG. He does not respect either the Constitution or its principles.

His sophistry that due process does not necessarily mean judicial process is typical of his criminal mind.

I had thought that things could not get much worse than Gonzalez and Mukasey, but I was very wrong.
