Despite the obvious slurs, does he have a point? I'm mixed race myself, very dark skinned, black mother, white father, and I've similar 'encounters' like he mentions here; most of the racist hate speech I encounter is from minorities who think I must 'Hate Whitey' like they do.

I agree. I experience the same thing frequently. People always begin to commit spiritual suicide when they worship race. It's an empty cause, especially in the developed world, in this day and age. Intelligent people transcend that noise.

Yes, and because it was the Germans who started the holocause, all people of German descent should be punished.

Similarly, all Japanese should be punished for what they did to China (unless they live here, in which case they should be rewarded for what was done to them).

Further, the Italians/Irish such as myself deserve special treatment due to the way we were treated at the turn of the century.

And don't get me started on what the jews deserve in reparations...

This seems rather doubtful. We've been through a few millennia so far and have still managed to have distinct racial and ethnic heritages. While there will obviously be an increased level of intermingling, it seems absurd to predict the demise of any race (be it white or otherwise) in the near future.

You find it odd that a country composed of 90+% whites for the majority of its existence had only elected white presidents?

Of course not, I'm not presumptuous enough to predict what will or will not happen before the sun engulfs us.

Considering that the OP quoted a guy who said "Fifty years from now, there won’t even be any white people!" and we were talking about the idea of racial assimilation, I guess it was just crazy of me to assume that you were referring to a more determinate end date than "ever."

Racists acts were committed by individuals against individual blacks, individual American Indians, individual Jews, individual Irish, individual Italians, individual Hispanics, individual Asians, et cetera.
