Innocent-until-proven guilty only applies to criminal courts of law. Not to civil courts. And certainly not to job promotions to the highest court in the land.

I do not see your "Lean" as Libertarian - but that is neither here nor there. I believe the accusers are now up to FIVE, not TWO. Witnesses do backup their claims. Of the 65 women who supposedly supported Kavanaugh before the hearing, I believe the number fell to TWO. Then there are the Yale alumni who remember Kavanaugh as being quiet and polite, smart in class until he started drinking and then his other personality appeared.

I don't believe any person DECLARED (Kavanaugh) GUIKTY, I could be wrong as I don't think I've ever seen that word previously.
