The man has been legally elected. Barring some information yet to be seen - that is a reality. He will hold the title and position of President.

But I am sure you aware that there are Americans who do not consider him their president and view him as illegitimate because of several key factors that have been examined many times on this board.

It's not a strawman, it's what the term means. At the time the wars of Europe over power weren't as ancient as they are now, and there was always concern that when one got into power, they would refuse to give that power up. Our need for the peaceful transition did not mean that a President had to stop doing anything a few months before his term ended, and indeed Obama isn't the first to use his power of President until the final hour. The peaceful transfer of power was ALWAYS about handing power over at the end of term.

Y'all are making things up because you don't like how Obama is handling things and trying to secure the policies he's worked for over 8 years before Trump comes in. But that's just standard operating procedure. In 4 or 8 years, if Trump is giving power up to a Democrat, he'll do the same thing, but dollars to donuts is that y'all will find an excuse as to why it's good then.

And of course you "haven't looking into NC", lol. It's the Republicans doing it, not the Democrats so you have no faux outrage. Not sitting here trying to redefine terms because Obama is using his power, lol. And a judge hasn't put it on hold, not that I've seen. It will end up in the courts, but likely not till the newly elected D Governor takes over. lol

You partisans are funny sometimes. You make up stories and switch your arguments depending on whether it's the D or the R.

And those same snowflakes don't consider the 1042 seats lost to republicans ,or 12 governorships , or 9 senate seats or 62 seats in the House . They will have to consider the 100 federal judges Trump will appoint very soon .
Remember elections have consequences it separates the winners from the losers . So no matter how hard they cry and stomp their feet that will NOT change . There is a NEW sheriff in town !!!

They were so cocky that corrupt Hillary was up in all the fake news polls and her message of I'll run this Country the way I run my Fraud Foundation . :lol: They lost the House , the Senate , the presidency and 1042 seats and 100 federal judges and most likely 2 Supreme Court seats , life is grand ! :lol: ps.... message received ! :lol:
