Is California splitting away? Group believes California should form its own nation

Hmmmm....Yeah I don't see it....You may think you do, but that's just in your head.

Yes, yes. I'm sure you don't see it. Because you need to make this out to be some massive conspiracy against Trump and the right and that everyone is just ganging up on your side.

lol

But I do go after both sides because there's not much difference between you Republocrats.

lol

Me thinks liberals see Russian boogeymen behind every turn, and in every shadow....

Robert Mueller is seeing a lot of Russians too!

What the Trump team never realised is that they were being watched since 2015, and not by U.S. Intelligence Sources.

GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious “interactions” between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian agents, a source close to UK intelligence said. This intelligence was passed to the US as part of a routine exchange of information, they added.

Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians, sources said.

The European countries that passed on electronic intelligence – known as sigint – included Germany, Estonia and Poland. Australia, a member of the “Five Eyes” spying alliance that also includes the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand, also relayed material, one source said.

And it doesn't help to know that Trump was planning a huge Trump tower project in Moscow while he was running for POTUS.

While Donald Trump was running for president in late 2015 and early 2016, his company was pursuing a plan to develop a massive Trump Tower in Moscow, according to several people familiar with the proposal and new records reviewed by Trump Organization lawyers.

So what message does it send to American girls of worth, that an unqualified man and public sexist beats a qualified woman?

In 2009 when Obama took office I seem to recall TX muttering the same thing to a flood of derision from the left...Now Trump wins and liberals in California want to do exactly the same thing....So, libs, what's different from what TX wanted to do, and this? And if they are successful, could, or would all libs just move there?

If they decide to leave, I won't miss them.

Re: Is California splitting away? Group believes California should form its own natio

This month, the group announced the opening of a “cultural center” in Moscow —

Why is something like this even being discussed in any other context than Russian propaganda strikes again?

I get it no one wants to believe they could have been conned. But jeez Louise can we stop fighting each other and possibly fight against the outsiders?

What ever you tell yourself is your issue, not mine....I'm not into conspiracies, but that is just the easiest pejorative you can lob...Sure is easier that having a well thought out debate eh?

I'll wait for his final report...I don't think at this point you or I know the outcome...

Who Hillary? :lamo OMG, now that's funny right there.....

Re: Is California splitting away? Group believes California should form its own natio

The interesting thing is, for the sake of discussion, should California successfully succeed, it would collapse economically within the first year. The rich in Silicon Valley and Hollywood can't sustain the welfare state progressives have created. No military to protect the state from more aggressive invasion from South of the Border.

I'd just ask that they wait a few more years before I move. After that, good bye and good riddance.

As to the question, it seems to me, politics and action based on emotional response never carries much rational consideration. As such, I imagine the Texas/California comparison doesn't count because I assume one is based on bias, and the other is based on elitism.

That's if those companies chose to stay in the newly formed country of California.

If they decide to leave, I won't miss them.

Well we hear all the time how the Southern States were 'traitors' for their secession attempt that led to the civil war, but California, a liberal state, then I guess it's all cool...

Says the guy who uses the "it's everyone else's fault my my own" excuse for Trump all the time. Some grand MSM conspiracy to only report negative things about Trump. Can't be that Trump keeps flubbing up and embarrassing us all the time. Oh no, it's some media conspiracy to make him look bad.

lol

Don't know why you are so in love with this strawman of yours.

I didn't say it was cool or even likely. I just said I wouldn't miss them if they left.

They weren't "traitors". They were TRAITORS. That's not debatable. And since we're talking about Civil War Revisionist history, let's also be clear that Slavery was THE issue of the Civil War. Not "state's rights". Not commerce issues. Not "heritage". Every southern state's articles of secession stated clearly that slavery was THE reason for secession.

If they decide to leave, I won't miss them.

Maybe not. But every "red" state in the country will certainly "miss" California's money, because blue states like Ca and NY pay most of the freight for welfare (i.e. red) states. That's right, Texas, Florida, the entire deep south, the entire mountain west, and much of the midwest would all go bankrupt without the charity of states in "liberal" America.

That's if those companies chose to stay in the newly formed country of California.

You do realize that this is all just another Russian-lead attack on the US, don't you? Or, are you (like so many other Trump supporters) totally indifferent to it? Isn't it amazing that 40% of Republicans now hold favorable opinions of Russia and Putin? I think it's quite telling, in a number of ways.

I'll wait for his final report...I don't think at this point you or I know the outcome....

LOL...........funny, but my guess is that you had ZERO concerns about "waiting for the final report" during the Clinton email investigation. Hypocrisy is like that.

So, you hold a grudge to this day against the southern states do you?

Your guess? So, you don't know do you...Throwing stuff against the wall, and making stuff up about people must be a very easy world to live in.

I'll be darned. So indebted California is going to be the salvation of my balance budgeted red state. I wouldn't have imagined that. Are you going to pay the bill when we go bankrupt?

Which is why Trump Jr. couldn't pull off a secret meeting in the Trump tower in June 2016.

Which is why Shep Smith knew in February 2017, that Trump surrogates were not only on the phone with the Russian ambassador, but with Russian intelligence agents including the very day that Russians hacked into DNC databases--WHILE Trump and his team denied any contact with any Russians during the campaign season 17 TIMES.

Which is why Mueller has convened TWO GRAND JURY'S, loaded up on more than 15 Criminal Prosecutors, money laundering experts, and just added the criminal division of the IRS to the team. While Trump is under investigation for Obstruction of Justice, and it's fairly certain that criminal indicitments will be coming forward on Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort in the near future.

And it didn't help that Trump got on an NBC interview and admitted he fired Comey over the Russian investigation--which is Obstruction of Justice.
