Trump's Nuke Tweet

LOL, it's funny to watch lefties miss half the stuff on the Internet. You didn't read about what Putin said a few hours before Trump said that?

Putin is an absolute moron.

Oh ffs. Trump is a maniac. There are more than 15000 nuclear weapons around the world; the U.S. and Russia possess 93 percent of them already.

Russia and the US already both have approx 7,000 warheads. There is no need to increase the stockpile. There's already enough to blow the majority of us to smithereens already. Stupid ****.

What they're talking about (Putin and Trump) is the technology to deploy the warheads, and to upgrade the technology of the warheads themselves with newer software and hardware to make them safer while stored and more accurate when deployed.

BTW, even though I didn't support Trump in the election, I didn't support Obama either yet I do support my President now when it comes to national security, and I will support Trump when he becomes President... also, Putin began this saber rattling and the Russians only respond to strength. Always have, always will. Hugs and kisses only show weakness that people like Putin see simply as an opening for conquest.

Ask the people of Aleppo, the people of northern Georgia, the people of the Crimea, the people of eastern Ukraine, the people of the Balkans, and the folks in Serbia/Bosnia/Herzegovina if it was Trump being a maniac that put Tanks either in their towns or on the border of their farms and cities, or was that Putin and the Russians being maniacs?

We cannot just sit by and watch millions more, over and over, fall under the boots and tank treads of tyranny, slaughter, and ethic or religious cleansing.

We have to face strength with strength. We've had over almost two decades of trying chocolates and flowers. Just look at what just happened with Turkey (a supposed US and NATO ally) meeting with Russia, Iran, and Syria in Moscow to divvy up the spoils of war in Northern Syria.

The US drove a staunch ally into the arms of three of our enemies. It's time to do as Reagan did, and stand up to the bullies of the world.

If we don't, then we here in the US and you all Down Under are at risk as well. Remember how close the Japanese came to getting a foothold in Australia? It can happen again.

They are reporting on what the imbecile said Maggie. Which amounts to rabble rabble rabble, tweet, tweet, tweet, rabble rabble rabble, you figure out what I'm trying to say crap that he is renowned for.

That's the next President of the United States. God help us all.

What Trump said was completely rational, along the lines of "Peace through strength" until the world gets the message that we're not rolling over. The insanity is anyone who thinks that if the U.S. dismantles all of its nuclear weapons unilaterally surely everyone else will follow suit, everyone will love everyone, and the world will be a village. :doh

Call me crazy, but perhaps it's because Russia has been revitalizing and rebuilding its nuclear capabilities while we have been doing....nothing.

June 2015 Putin says Russia beefing up nuclear arsenal, NATO denounces 'saber-rattling' | Reuters

Well, that was tough...

Not tough at all, for those with a brain.

Nukes are a deterrent. So the more we flex our muscles the more attention they get. Trump is a shrewd person, he is no maniac. Don't fall for the liberal hubris, like so many others.

Might want to wait to see if it is the rather bipartisan concern about the lack of upkeep of our arsenal.

Right now both China and Russia are developing or have developed missiles which can reach the US without interception, and can carry devastating warheads. We have no such capability as a counter. Both Russia and China have developed hypersonic cruise missiles, and while we are working on something of that nature, we have not progressed nearly as far as they have. These missiles travel at speeds which cannot be intercepted at present, and they are nuclear capable. We need to catch up. It would be helpful if commenters would read a little on such subjects before posting. Trump is correct. We are seriously behind those nations who represent the most dangerous threat to our existence.

What I could easily get on board with would be expanding our nuclear intercept capabilities. Reliable intercept capability would be a game changer making nuclear weapons obsolete. Also creating strategically teeny tiny and clean nuclear weapons.

Tactical nuclear weapons.
There's no weapons that are available to one side only. Not for long. The IRA aquired Stinger missiles from US National Guard arsenals. Nuclear proliferation, beyond any possible necessary levels, only increases the chances of disaster. Were I American I'd be less worried about the suicide bomber with a trench coat and a thumb button than about the shipping container in New York Harbour with a nuke buried in it.
I suggest that Putin's no fool and he might just be a little better at foreign-policy manipulation than Trump. Just a suggestion...

When short of wit, go back to the Clintons.

It appears that trump's election affair with Pukin is over .

More liberal nonsense.

At this point, What Difference Does it Make?

Putin is the most dangerous person in the world and is the most present threat to world peace currently wielding power. He's no moron, and to believe so could be deadly.

The Tinker Bells and snowflakes, are absolutely....Clueless!

You got it! :applaud

Putin is an absolute moron.

A highly successful moron.

After all, his regime was supposed to have collapsed three years ago, judging by the headlines and projections about what Russia's economy was supposed to do, yet he's still going strong.

What does DT mean by "expand capabilities?" That doesn't mean more, ya' know.

And since you seem to know how many we have, could you let us know the location of the silos? And their targets?

Many US nuclear delivery systems are not at fixed locations. Targets are fluid and change depending on a number of variables. Russia most likely knows where our fixed nuclear locations are. We know where Russia's are. Assuming that, for example, silos located in Moose Balls, South Dakota are targeted for Dirt Squat, Urfukedistan would be an erroneous assumption.

I'm fairly certain Trump has no idea. I double certain that the adults in the Pentagon don't want Trump to know if they can help it.

Again, why doesn't he actually come out and say what he means? He is renowned for this type of crap.

It's an obvious retort to Putin.

But within that statement is a number of possibilities for action.

Lolo! Love your location names!

More nukes? Really? Putin said something that makes you think the US needs more nukes?

What was it? What did he say that makes you think that? Seriously. Because I can't imagine anything Putin could say that would mean that.

:roll::roll:

Soon President Trump will be the most dangerous person in the world and thus will be a threat to world peace. Trump is crazier than a sh*t house rat. To consider him sane and logical may prove to be deadly for mankind.

...

Just to be clear about what I feel, since you quoted my post to Serenity: I have the utmost respect for Serenity, and she's no Tinker Bell or snowflake, she has a deeply held belief that guides her and although I may not agree with her view in this instance, I damned sure respect both her viewpoint and her right to hold that viewpoint, and, I tend to agree with her more than disagree on many issues. Don't get me wrong, I feel she is dangerously wrong on this one, but I'd never belittle her for feeling the way she does.

Over the Top, nonsense...rhetoric!

Again, why doesn't he actually come out and say what he means? He is renowned for this type of crap.

That's the whole idea and all the liberal bobble heads....are exploding. Pretty funny actually! :lamo

Good man, Tony. It's not often that someone pays respect to someone he or she may disagree with on a particular topic. Respect back to you, brother.

You may be correct, and early results seem to support that viewpoint. However, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, if for no other reason than out of hope for the future. Putin is a known commodity, with his actions and the results if his actions, the death and destruction of his actions, being well known to the world. Trump, as far as being the leader of a country is concerned, is an unknown commodity.

In short - I can at least hope and give him the benefit of the doubt, just as I did for each of his predecessors.

Do you think you've said something here, Mickey? Are you one of those millennials who consider that little orange emoticons or whatever they're called can substitute for your lack of vocabulary and language skills?
