A number of the richest people in the world backed her candidacy and invested hundreds of millions to various entities to try and get her in the White House.

Would she turn her back on them? I don't know. I would doubt it.

So, a claim was made with a high degree of certainty about her cabinet, so I'm interested to know who she would have selected, based on the claim.

On the contrary, besides the DNC hacks the Russian were responsible for most of the fake news against Hillary also. Those are where you got that info about CCS. You seem to enjoy being lied to in fact you would probably give away all the freedoms our ancestors died for just to hear more of it. That is a real shame.

The only lie is that Trump lost the popular vote. WikiLeaks, Truth the vote, Project VERITAS exposed massive DNC voter/election fraud.

Black box voting dot Org says Trump won by at least 5% and Hillary stole 5 states.

The only useful information that was gained by the Jill Stein recount, aside from Trump gaining votes, is that there were more votes than voters in Democrat strongholds like Detroit. The average Trump rally was 20,000 people, he constantly overfilled sports stadiums with the folks waiting 12 hours to get in. Hillary’s average rally size was 300 people; she constantly left High School gyms half full.

Tuning up the elite is the program, not killing the off, or removing them from jobs....though those who refuse to smell the coffee will need to be removed from their positions.

Where did you hear Trump say any of that? Or are you getting this telepathically? What Trump is "removing" is any speck of empathy or humanity he can find. When you sow the wind...

The Clinton Crime Syndicate rigged the primaries against Bernie and stuffed the ballot boxes in Detroit against Trump and the "Foundation" engaged in pay for play.

So they hacked? They hack, we hack, the whole world hacks, and the US even tries to influence elections. The mainsream media, celebrities, and superpacks try influencing elections. Hillary and company stuffed the ballot boxes in Detroit. How did the Russian hacking influence the election? After all, the left says that Hillary didn't do anything wrong and hasn't been charged with anything. So Russia tried influencing the election by releasing squeeky clean information about Hillary? If Russia tried influencing the election towards Hillary then why did they also hack the RNC? Why even bother with them?
