Why would I explain what you failed to provide? It was pretty simple.

Every one of your posts in this thread have been pure hyperbole. joG asked you "On what legal basis, do you propose doing that? " and you still haven't answered the question.

Noticing how many words you used to not answer his question I am not sure I could drum up enough words for you to understand. I was taught to communicate an idea using as few words as possible. You never provided a law that requires what you desire. You mentioned ethics, which is ironic coming from a person that voted for Clinton. What law would you base your restrictions of Trump's actions on?

And I answered that there is no prior law. That doesn't mean it is ethically sound not to have a law there. Please complete high school before replying to me.

I answered his question in depth comprehensively. You otoh have communicated not just your shallowness, but your cowardice, in very few words. You actually need a law to avoid doing wrong, and you need to have a legal basis for the new law first before you create it, and then you'll avoid doing wrong. You can't grasp that ethics undergirds all formal law.

Shallow and corrupt people function this way exclusively. You are shallow, while trump is corrupt. Both of you are a match made by the Electoral College.

And you have no understanding of ethics, which is what undergirds all law, including the constitution. I suppose there would need to be a law that says that your dog can't be sexually molested by you before you refrain from doing so. And that law would need a prior legal basis to begin with, to be enacted.

Legalese wise, there are many conflict of interest laws which apply to elected and appointed individuals. Whether they possess a prior legal basis or otherwise, they have an ethical basis for their existence, and as laws, they do not conflict with the constitution. There is no reason for such a law not to be created for the oval office. After all, what does trump have to fear? He's a completely honest guy who would never let conflicts of interest affect his decisions for the country. lolol

This is the wonderful thing about most laws. They only affect those who are inclined to do bad ****. For those who are upright, their existence makes no difference to their personal behaviour at all.

I can gather that you are mad at Trump. You think he has a conflict of interest even though you can't articulate exactly what those interests are or what laws he is breaking since he hasn't stated how he is going to deal with those conflicts. I guess you are venting.
