Michigan appeals court rejects Jill Stein's recount as unlawful

an appeals court has ruled that the Stein recount was unlawful and should have been rejected.
they have ordered the board to reject the count and stop all counting now.

between this and PA hopefully this will end this stupidity.

It's disgusting to see so many posters on here rejecting audits of our electoral process.
What do you think you are protecting? Taxpayer money isn't being used for the recounts.
Apparently people no longer care about the integrity of elections in the US. They are fine with the system being rigged, as long as it supports their chosen candidate.

What's disgusting is seeing a candidate with absolutely no standing masquerading to protect Hillary Clinton who is the very jake who's behind this ridiculousness. You say they are fine with the system being rigged. Yeah, I guess THEY are since the only States being audited by the Dems are those that would give HC a win. Your last line couldn't be more true. And the proof is now in the pudding.

You should really be required to show a high possibility that something is actually wrong with the integrity before complaining about others not wanting it checked.

If that's the law, it's okay. It would have been nice to prove Stein wrong with a recount, but as it stands....

I suggest you familiarize yourself with the phrase "concern trolling". While predominantly used to refer to things online, it's been in existence for a long time.

I have no issues with audits as long as there is no malice behind them and they can be justified.
there is no justification for this recount other than to try and upend an legal election.

this has been proven time and time again so far.

the system isn't rigged that is why she is losing all these court cases.
she has 0 evidence to support her claims.

I think the state appeals court ruling has to go back to the federal court but it gives the federal court ammo to shoot down
the thing.

although I see it as two separate cases. one case ruled by the fed was over the start date of the recount.
it had nothing to do with this case which was whether she had standing to file for a recount in the first place.

for me the state appeals decision should stand and the recount should stop.

I believe that if you look at the areas where there is concern about people voting illegally you would have to look at places with sanctuary cities that offer illegal immigrants drivers licenses and automatically register them to vote.

Thats probably where we should be looking if you are serious about your question re illegal votes.
