In President-elect Donald J. Trump’s newly named kitchen cabinet of business advisers, Wall Street is in. Silicon Valley is out.

Mr. Trump has named 16 business leaders to serve on what’s being called the President’s Strategic and Policy Forum, described as a group meant to guide his administration on economic matters.

The names are good, as far as it goes. That represents a large chunk of GDP. Software would be important too, though, there should be a lot on the strategic military side in any event. But it still seems less odd than negligent, were there to be no continuous dialogue between Silicon Valley and the White House. It is one of the staples of our economy after all.

They might not be his advisors, but they will definitely exert influence. With tens of billions of dollars, it's hard not to.

We'll have to wait until leftists get their talking points from the leftist propaganda machine before we hear much out of them. And then it will be mouth foaming time, maybe a riot of two.

It's his privilege. That doesn't mean Trump's not the one holding the Buck.

Simply a response to your point of no one from the software being included.

Maybe Silicon Valley shouldn't have burned that bridge, well I know FACEBOOK did. Don't know about the rest.

Ya...but he won't be inviting them to dinner and giving them free access to citizen's personal information like obama has!
