Palin for Veterans Affairs?

Uh, no; the video shows just exactly how profound and idiot Sarah Palin is.

I object to your triggering and micro-aggressions, to your sexism, to your bigotry against conservatives.
You are bullying. Where's your 'inclusiveness' ?

(All kidding aside)

Besides all that, does anyone here really know Palin well enough to know if she's qualified for this position or not? I mean really. How much do you really know about her?

If you impression is only the biased media hack job she's received, you aren't working with a full set of facts, are you?

(Now if you can only make her stop making speeches, 'cause her voice and speaking style just grates on my nerves after about 5 minutes).

Really? If there was a leader for the Tea Party back then, it would've probably been Palin. And the 2010 midterms were a blowout victory for the Tea Party. Palin Endorsements Tracker - The Washington Post

Yes 2010 was a banner year for the republicans and Palin. Sorry I wasn't clear. I was referring to the last election (2014). Even then it wasn't nobody got elected (about 25-30% I think). I still think she's a horrible choice for any cabinet position.

I'll concede that point.

so you just said she'd be the best in the history of the department of veterans affairs and that's not enough for your endorsement at the same time. The whole history of that department is just that bad huh?

As a veteran and one who works relentlessly for wounded veterans and their families, yes, she'd be the best in our history which is a very low bar to pass, and the department has been horrendous. You believe otherwise?

I don't know the back history of the VA and its leaders but seeing her quit her job as governor half way through because it was too hard for her... I'd be willing to bet that there were better ones in the past.

Did she quit because it was too hard?

and no, most of the past ones should be in prison for what transpired under thier watch

I gave you exactly what you asked for. Not up for you moving goalposts bro.

did you now?

I don't recall you backing this up. As if you even knew all the past heads of the VA and what they did. You didn't say they were good or bad, you went all the way to claiming they should be in prison. I'm lookning for you to back up actual criminal behavior that you claim has happened by AAAALLLLL these VA heads.

I'm not moving goalposts. You are just running away from the ones you put up.

These are the same people who think Dan Quayle is dumb,.

Like Trump and Hillary, Sarah sometimes makes herself an easy target for criticism and ridicule. But I think the intellectually honest look below the exterior 'fluff' of a person, both the negative and the positive, to see what makes the person tick, what that person will likely bring to the table in any given job. I have hired people who I would never entrust with any kind of people skills because they were so socially awkward, personally unappealing, and disagreeable, but who were brilliant at what they were given to do. I have hired people with people skills for jobs that required somebody who is warm and welcoming but who would have been dreadful in other positions.

I would not want Sarah to be considered for Secretary of State or any position that required a great deal of international savvy and diplomatic skills. But in veteran affairs she has not only some insight and savvy there, plus ability to win trust and confidence and her heart and motives would absolutely be in the right place. I don't think she would be a terrible choice in that position at all.

Robert McDonald says waiting in line for healthcare for veterans is akin to waiting in line at disney. lied about firing the scum involved in the scandal.

Sloan Gibson blames bad press for the VA scandal

Eric Shinseki should be in jail for lying about VA lines, and the criminal deriliction of duty he, and those under him committed. so should several people under him.

I'm not going to put much more effort into this as I know you and I don't find the effort a valuable use of my time. but you can see, Palin would be better than pretty much all of them cept maybe one.

Here's the rest up till 2014. Each one of them had some form of scandal except maybe 1.
