First, I don't think the recount will change anyting, but I do see problems with this election in Wisconsin. As per the article above, there appears to be in some of the Republican districts vote padding for Trump.. It seems that even before the recount starts, several Repubican districts, three in one county, have all at once discovered that they made mistakes in their vote counts that total 3,000 votes. Other districts, once a vote count was assured, all at once found out that they too had made mistakes and almost 5,000 Trump votes have been dumped. The interesting thing is that none of the districts have reported that they made such mistakes for Clinton, as her vote total remains the same. Now again, I don't think that the recount will change the election result, but it disturbs me that winning means so much to certain people that they would pad votes for their candidate. It certainly makes one-vote-one-man a laugh. I think an investigation fo these problems should take place and those responsible be prosecuted, but it won't. The three ccounty cleks in the three districts are all Republicans and Republicans control this state, so it will all be whitewashed. That is what makes sad, that our election process has come down to this.

Why don't you want folks mating?

WBAY - Discrepancies in unofficial Outagamie County election results explained - November 22, 2016

Debunked.
It was an unofficial tally.
The official tally corrected the error and the correct vote was reported.

I guess no one here has ever fudged a calculator before.

And if one looks at the final verified tally as of 11/22/16 here:

https://gis.outagamie.org/ElectionR...icial Results - Nov. 8, 2016 President-VP.pdf

One finds that Trump beat Hillary in every county voting.

There was a total of 17,932 ballots with only 17,586 voting for President.

The vote was 10,964 for Trump and 5,648 for Hillary, the remaining 974 split among nine other candidates (Jill Stein got 134).
