More Trump promises circliing the drain

Uh huh, so there's Bannon, Pence, Sessions, Pompao, Flint and Preibus

What part of any of that is " moderate " ?

Romney, Rudy, and Trumpy :)

That doesn't make her not guilty.. Actually that makes her look more guilty..

So? Congress can't hand out indictments. Duh.

That really is one of his two most powerfull weapons politically speaking. He can veto everything until he gets something he wants and the other thing he can do is kill political careers by going on camera and taking his case to the people and calling out whoever trys to obstruct him.

The big (huge, great or terrific?) problem for Trump is in making that case - he changes "details" and "policy" more often than anyone I know. He has had, at least, three different "positions" on prosecuting Hillary in the last couple of days. Trump will be hard pressed, to say the least, to explain why age is a valid actuarial risk factor (aka pre-existing condition) yet obesity (or alcoholism) is not under TrumpCare.

But Hillary lost......so worth it.

The funny thing is that is how cons lead. By not actually leading but running away from something.

Trump is now in reelection mode. Hence, Preibus, the guy who coordinated his election.

Trump is aware that the history books will say something about him next century, as he looks at Mt. Rushmore.

How will Ryan/McConnell/Pence bring the GOP together on an infrastructure bill ?

This should surprise no one. The funny part is the Liberals are now mad that the person they hated so much, is more in line with their viewpoints than what he had been saying all along.

Nice spin. Liberals knew this guy was lying the whole time. We weren't the ones duped for a vote.

Highly likely unless he vetoes nearly everything. The first Trump budget should be a real hoot.

THAT is what will be interesting to see.

I've said that all along.

poweRob is one of the guys who gleefully points out all the ways Trump isn't going to be the mega-fascist second coming of Hitler, but never seems to reflect upon it that way.

Interesting view point... especially because I never said anything close to the sort. So you are in effect just playing straw-man games here. Enjoy yourself... then, if you an honest person, you can come back to reality.

Connies have destroyed DEMs since 2010, minus the 2012 POTUS election which had no coattails.

The 2018 Senate map could give the GOP at least 60 seats.

The 2020 census POTUS election could bury the DEMs for another 20 years .

There were/are MILLIONS who believe just that, and don't pretend otherwise.

When he softened alittle during the campaign Laura Ingram started to lose it. And she's not the only one.

Well if he chooses Ingram as his White House press secretary, she'll be forced to be the one standing up in front of the cameras making the excuses trying to explain his pivots she hates so much.

Lol !! AGAIN, there's Pence, Preibus, Bannon, Sessions, Pompao and Flint so far.

Nothing " liberal " about his cabinet positions so far.
You mean Except for trump himself? Yeup

The people he has been choosing are not liberals and not even fit for office in many cases. My worry is that he may not be able to govern at all. I do look forward to deficit hawks like Ryan squirming when he won't touch SS or Medicare and insists on a trillion $ stimulus for infra structure. That should be quite amusing.

He's already on a tight leash, but he's too stupid to realize it.

Yep... it's pretty crappy scenario if the dems lose badly in the next two elections.

Yeah I'm getting a little freaked out

Like I said, the leash is short. Mickey of all people should provide evidence of that.

That will be one of the hardest jobs in the Trump administration - explaining the "virtual" wall and the need for less federal revenue to support higher federal spending.

The biggest problem I've had with the far right of the GOP the last 10-12 years is they never, ever want to compromise. It's 100% their way or the highway.

Now Trump seems(it's way too early to tell for sure) to want to compromise. So he will immediately end up on the far right loonies **** list. And within months they'll be looking for the next candidate who hates anyone and everything they hate and who will refuse to compromise on anything.

BTW the Climate Change flip flop by Trump is a real hoot.

Compromise with liberals? Tell me, how has that worked out for conservatives in the last century? Would you say they came out on good footing after all that or would you say they lost most of what they believe in on all fronts?

Don't forget those huge tax cuts and great TrumpCare that he "promised". ;)

Trump ? The guy who's making these cabinet appointments ?
Lol he's such a " Liberal " !!

You should probably stop telling "the liberals" what they think. You suck at it.

.
Let me ask you a question: lets say you want to expand the size and power of the federal government and I want to reduce the size and power of the federal government. Where is the compromise?

Oh please, Libs were all over the place saying it was the end of our country, and minorities were going to rounded up and killed. Now it seems like he won't do much of anything that he said he would. But I mean, that's pretty standard. Look at all the things Obama promised and never did. Pretty much everything.

Liberals claimed minorities would be rounded up and killed? Huh. I don't recall saying that.

Whatever they think is becoming irrelevant anyway.

Yes Liberals claimed that. They weren't moderate Conservatives were they? Nowhere did I say all Liberals did I?
