Donald Trump needs to be more clear on his position on the Alt Right

Steve Bannon of Breitbart when interviewed at the RNC convention said of Breitbart, "We're the platform of the alt right". That's the link that is being made. Trump looks like he's trying to put some distance between him and the spencer alt right but that quote from bannon kind of keeps it looking like the ties are there.

That doesn't mean he was talking about what people now want it to mean.

Racial division was the right wings MO under Obama. Now they aren't willing to see it.

When did the right say anything during Obama's terms about race?

Of course not. Why else would Breitbart be writing about Richard Spencer and the "alt right"? Claiming how Richard is one of the "intellecutals" fighting against the establishment.

The fact that this is an article describing the "alt right" movement along with Richard Spencer throws water on that whole spin I'm reading in here now about how it "alt right" means different things to different people.

Nice fail cons.

It's so funny how fast the right wing chooses to conveniently forget.

lol.. I am not going to waste my time. I know you have already heard the rhetoric, and you were fine with it.

The only thing I had a problem with concerning Trump was his comments about the judge of Mexican decent.

Other than that he has said nothing to make anybody that is in the country legally feel threatened.

Is it that you are in the country illegally?

Is that why you feel threatened?

Now prove that came from the right.

Also how is that creating the racial divide?

I see you are going to sit back and play refuter guy and feign ignorance of the past no matter what's brought to you.

“Let the grassroots turn on the hate because that’s the ONLY thing that will make them do their duty,”

-- Steve Bannon

So you would be OK if Obama had appointed Louis Farrakhan as chief of staff? It would not have raised any red flags?

One picture is the right creating a racial divide?

We were actually talking about official right leaning politicians, not some guy in his basement.

If Trump and his followers think illegal immigrants are the ones which have taken away their jobs, they are mistaken. They have misidentified the real problem and are barking up the wrong tree. This country has much bigger fish to fry right now. The unemployment rate in this country is less than 5%. The net immigration into this country from South America, is on balance, zero. No one is flooding in. Illegal immigration hit a peak back in 2008, and has been decreasing ever since. The crime rate among illegal immigrants is lower than the crime rate among the US population in general. The manufacturing jobs have left this country not because of illegal immigrants, but because it's cheaper for manufacturers to pay wages in Bangladesh. That's something Reagan first freed up in order to open up the free market, because he correctly saw that this would be in the nation's best long term economic interests. The illegal immigrants in this country right now are doing indispensable jobs like picking berries in the hot sun all day, or cleaning the public bathrooms or slaughterhouse floors at the end of the day. These are jobs that Americans were not willing to fill even when they were left open. And these jobs are critical to keep the economy moving. Illegal immigrants have been estimated to contribute something like 8% of the GDP of border states like CA, TX, or AZ. Deport them all and all those states would immediately fill a very sharp pinch, if not an outright recession.

Illegal immigration is not an emergency or pressing issue. If you want to build a fence, that's fine. But it's nothing to jeopardize our relationship with Mexico or even all of South America over by taking rash, draconian measures- like breaking up entire families, doing Nazi style roundups and separating parents from their kids, and creating a lot of tears and stress. No one needs it. It's a faux issue.

No you havent.
Yes, I have.
In order for you to support the argument that Trump is bigoted towards latinos
That wasn't the argument. Go back and read the argument.
None of what you posted is racist.
Same advice to you. Go back and understand the argument first.
Those are not racist or bigoted just facts you don't like.
I've already explained why you are wrong multiple times in this thread. Go read one of those.

Once again, Trump defender doesn't read and take time to understand the argument they are responding to. I'm still not surprised.

you say so is not an argument you have yet to learn this.
sorry I know the left loves to say everything is racist and bigoted because it seems to give them some kind of moral high ground,
but nothing he said was racist or bigoted.

That wasn't my argument. If you would go back and read, you'd see that.

I know it quite well. You try to use it all the time and then will post images which contradict your position. Yet, you will still claim it is true, despite the fact it is not.

You and I have debated many times and over and over again, about the only piece of evidence you use to support your position is "I say so". I'm well aware it is not a valid argument, I simply wish you'd stop using it.
