What do you think of what Milo said here? Does it make sense? Is this what Trump actually wants to do? Was anything Milo said here false?

Personally I agree with him.
 
Love MILO, let's get that out of the way.

Trump and I do not agree much on these speech matters. My answer to lies is to tell the truth, it is not to run to the courts, I dont want overloads to shut down sections of the internet.

I agree that Trump does not promote violence at his rallies, that and ***** grabbing are part of his WWE entertainment act, which I enjoy greatly.

I do not agree that we should consider turning off communications with certain regions at this point. And making an issue of doing so will only harm us. It is not a good thing for the President to brag about.

The rest seemed okay.

One example might be that, if the inhabitants of large areas thing we will turn their communications off, China will see an opportunity to persuade them to let China step in and connect them. So, while bragging about the capability is already a sign of inexperience that harms us, there is no real need to act so radically and it would therefore not be advisable to use the weapon at this time.

This assumes that they are not already using China's internet capabilities. And if they're not it would assume that China would allow them to use their internet capabilities which would then allow ISIS to recruit from their peoples. China has far more restrictions on their internet than does the US.

It has to be said the speaker did a very good job of winning his argument, and being a very good oritor.

The best bit was asking the questioner to repeat the third part of his question when he did in fact fully rember the question but wanted the questioner to repeat it because he wanted the audience to remember where it came from and as a bonus the questioner had forgotten it. Quality.

I only hope Trump does indeed turn out to be a decent president and not the moron we saw on the campaign trail.

P.S. Shame about the hair bleaching.

It would imply that China was interested in becoming an important player. And yes, they do have many restrictions on their internet that the US has so far been smart enough to avoid. But that might be considered a pleasing alternative to some dictators.

You probably could to a certain extent. But it is not at all certain that the method would be more successful than trawling the internet to find them.
