Why on earth would you imagine that would cause him a freakout as opposed to idolatry of George Soros.
Keep in mind, that clip was from the Clinton administration era and if nothing else it showed that even then he and Hillary were busy together.
In that case it was Haiti ... which Hill & Bill managed to again exploit for themselves in later years.
Things go round n' round n' round with that group don't they?

Exactly what, how, and from whom have you learned about climate change?
Forget "what" and "how", just tell us "from whom" you chose to learn about climate change.
The rest will then be obvious.
