Somethings gotta give right? How can America take on more welfare cases without producing more jobs. I do not believe in the jobs report by government or polls. I just don't see it or hear it from the people I see and talk to.

The establishment Republicans want the illegal immigrants because they work for low wages and help supress American incomes. Establishment Democrats want illegal immigrants because they reliably vote Democratic even though it's illegal for them to go to the polls.

How about ADP? The Nation's largest payroll company?

Or the Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (derived from Unemployment insurance tax records).

If that were true, Hillary would have been elected and the house and senate would have gone to the Dems. This tired excuse from the right is getting old. Here's a news flash, the far larger majority of folks that are here illegally do not want to go near a polling station or give attention to themselves.

A couple - three things in no particular order.

1. You are asking us to abandon empirical data (no matter how manipulated it might be) to have a jobs to immigrants discussion because of your anecdotal evidence.

2. You are creating a false set of comparisons between "jobs leaving America" vs. "New Immigrants" but ignoring the proper economic benchmarks (i.e. jobs created per month, overall employment stats, overall unemployment stats by benchmark, Hours and Earnings reports, GDP and GNI, etc.)

3. You are perpetuating a false narrative that manufacturing and production jobs are arguably leaving the US (because of NAFTA or whatever and ignoring all other industry and business) and that is being amplified in impact because of Immigration stats that you did not include in your argument.

If you would like to really have this debate, lets start with something of merit to debate.

The reason is the "elites" are exchanging the white/black/other workforce for Hispanic/white/other. At least that has been the long term trend in California.

That, IMO, is the unspoken reason.

Oh, and how do you figure ne immigrants are "welfare cases?" Looking at the Foreign vs Native labor force data (not seasonally adjusted) we see the following:

Labor Force Participation Rate:
Foreign Born: 64.8%
Native Born: 62.4%

Employment/Population Ratio:
Foreign Born: 62.1%
Native Born: 59.5%

Unemployment Rate:
Foreign Born:4%
Native Born: 4.8%
