Congress doesn't enforce the laws, Congress creates the laws... enforcement comes from the INS and ICE - so according to the governments own statistics, millions have been deported and the Congress passed laws have been enforced many times over

You're the one who wrote the OP. There's nothing about another 9 million in there. I'm answering the point you raised.

Besides which, Trump said 3 million "right away". I assume there will be more later, which I personally don't care that much about if we can just get rid of the criminals.

You guys stuck with Obama when he lied about being able to keep your doctor, about reducing the cost of health insurance, about being able to keep your health plan. You were well and truly screwed and you still stuck by him. So if Trump supporters stick by Trump through a few disappointments then they are just following your fine example.
