True, Homeland Security may be a bit much. He should be put in charge of something lower key like Director of ICE.

in the Organic laws of the u.s. there are natural rights and privileges, when you depart from that foundation, when anything can be interpreted a right of the people.

He's also literally a criminal who violates people's rights and ignores the rule of law when he feels like it.
