This is somewhat awesome. He's going to enact Liberal policies, while CONvincing the conservatives that they are getting what they want.

I thought "the bad" was the part where guaranteeing coverage for people with medical issues impacted premiums.

BTW - He can push Congress to do this while still repealing the ACA.

Well, if you ask me, we could have done that 6 years ago, but all the GOP wanted to do was throw out the baby with the bathwater. So, that they now waffle....well, let's just say that it does not surprise me in the least bit. I expect much the same with:

1. The wall

2. The deprortations

3. The trade agreements

4. The jobs

5. The infrastructure improvement projects.

6. Nato

7. TPP

8. THe swamp


In other words, you all got hustled by a carnival barker.
 
So now keeping two provisions amongst thousands of pages of law is somehow keeping the entire law. As if the riots werent dumb enough already.
