Nothing like the sweet sweet smell of fresh Democracy in the Morning!

Mistakes are what makes us human. I, any many Christians could never vote for someone like Hillary that openly try to prosecute me based on my FAITH.

You are spouting nothing but ignorant, and moronic LIES.

Not one single person in the USofA has ever tried to "prosecute" you "based on your faith".
Nor was there any threat to ever do such a thing.

Just stop it.
Enjoy that your guy won.
Don't friggin make up insane lies.

You guys never hid your feelings.

Lot's of Trump supporters were forced into supporting him in secret lest they be intimidated, face vanadalism of their homes, or lose their jobs. In some places Trump supporters faced attempted murder for expressing support.

I thought it was all rigged?

59+ million people do NOT share your enthusiasm. So "everyone" is quite the embellishment don't ya think?

However, if they got up and went to work, they should be damned happy they could at least do that.

Everyone can still rejoice in the fact that our Democracy actually works....the people have spoken :)
Our politics was starting to feel like a perpetual cluster of horsesh*t!

Now lets see what can actually get done by a person who owes no one. This is a brilliant learning opportunity regardless if you like Trump or not.

Am i right? :)

Everyone should have a little extra pep in their step today, hell i got to work early :peace

I'm a lifelong Republican. I'm not sure what "democracy" we have today that we didn't have yesterday?

Up until now we have mostly had false choices, Trump was not suppose to be here, but he is because of the people despite the entire establishment trying to tear him down.

Who spoke in all the previous elections? Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the people speak then?

Do you think Obama stole the elections in 2008 and 2012, or do you think perhaps the people "spoke"? I didn't vote for him, but I understood that others did. They spoke.

Trump doesn't owe anyone? Interesting. He actually owes the entire country. He wasn't elected dictator. He was elected President. Much as it may pain you, our fellow Americans who didn't vote for him are still entitled to him working for the country...the whole country. And he isn't a one man show. There are still 50 Senators and a few hundred Congressmen who were voted in by their constituents. They will probably remember those people.

The establishment is still there. And it controls the other 2 branches of government. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but Trump has to work with them. He isn't Putin.

I've only voted for the GOP nominee (until yesterday). They weren't false to me. In fact, they were quite real.

There are too many question in this response. I'm not one to parse out a message.

No duh he owes the entire country, that's the whole point.

He will not be controlled by special interest, in my opinion that can only be a good thing. Can't find the downside in that.

I am not disappointed, you are simply stating the obvious, not sure what kind of response you are looking for. :peace

Yeah, Democracy. That thing where the person who wins the popular vote loses the election. The Electoral College is the best thing that ever happened to the Republican Party.

Th irony is that the Founding Fathers contrived the electoral college as a reconciliation of democracy and republicanism, a safeguard should the people make an unwise decision.

I'll take multiple millions as opposed to the entire populous all day long.

You're fooling yourself.

Trump is POTUS because his opponent was Hillary.

Trump is not POTUS because the majority of voters WANTED him to be POTUS.

Most people where choosing between projectile vomiting, and explosive diarrhea.
The lessor of the most god-awful evils this nation has ever seen.

This isn't WIN.

It's simply a different loss.

For the vast majority it's: "OH SH!T !!! What have we done now?"

Misread your post. Trump is not POTUS because of Hillary, lets not forget he beat about 15 other "Super" qualified individuals before Hillary was even a concern.

Nah i think the projectile vomiting/explosive diarrhea types out there just need to chill out, find that safe space.

What i think.

You can be happy.

What you can't do is project your happiness on everyone else and claim that they too are happy.

Edited my previous response.

But in response to this, i did not claim that everyone else is happy, simply projecting my own with a little silver lining for those that can't "deal".

Actually the States have spoken, if the numbers I saw this morning were accurate the majority of the People did not vote for Trump. Just saying.

Works for me. IIRC Bill never won the popular.
