The nation's greatest heroes and patriots support Trump. Sadly, the military, police, and brave firemen are now deplorables according to Hollywood, the media, and the rest of the left that don't contribute a fraction of what our brave men and women in uniform do.

Just because the military and police support the candidate doesn't mean that's a good thing. Remember, the military and police also supported Dubya...and how'd that work out?

Remember, I am retired Navy - I served 20 years there. I know very well how conservative the military tends to lean - and how much grief I got for being a liberal. But if one looks at the numbers over the years, America's done much better with a Democrat in office. That much is indisputable.

What's more, the military - like Republicans, come to think of it - tends to fall in line behind their leaders...which is the only reason I can think of why the military would support the guy who so crudely dissed POW's for being POW's, and who so crudely dissed a Gold Star family. Such a guy would NOT support the military by sending us only when we're needed...but would more likely send us where we're NOT needed, all in the quest to further his own glory. We've seen this movie before - I don't want to see it again.
