It's so bad that Ted Rall has become a voice of reason:

Diversity (of appearance but not opinion) is so important. ;)

Words have meaning. Agreeing with a potential candidate that opposition means you're likely irredeemable and deplorable is not easily forgiven, nor forgotten.

That has driven a fetid wedge between people that will be difficult to treat.

The left wants division. They got it. I'm all too happy to accommodate their wish in that regard.

It's about time people rejected stupidity from their lives.

Or unreason,eh?

I've never let politics or sports choose my friends for me.

Just because we don't agree on politics or sports doesn't mean that we can't talk about other things.

I think you need to learn what "intolerance" means.

It does not mean "I'll be chums with you no matter what horrible, hateful bull**** you spew into my world." It means "I will respect your right to be full of hateful, horrible bull****, although I reserve the right to choose not to be near you if you're going to be like that."

I can't be friends with the sort of person who goes to a Trump rally and chants about killing political foes Putin-style, locking up Muslims in internment camps like animals, or thinks that sexually assaulting women is acceptable and they should just harden up and live with it, or the many white supremacist supporters he has.

I know lots of people who have very different beliefs than myself about the candidates -- in some cases, things I feel very strongly are incorrect -- that I am friends with all the same. But they're not defending any of that garbage.

Someone not wanting to be around the intolerant does not make them "intolerant" themselves. It just means they have a standard for how much sewage they're willing to allow into their personal lives.

I for one make no apology for having standards.

I'll also point out that most of the things you object to about Trump supporters appear to be stuff you or your ilk have just made up. One way to be an intolerant piece of s*** is to falsely accuse others of intolerance.

Those are some charges. Do you have any actual evidence of this or are you just spouting liberal Bull****.

So should I be intolerant of you because of the 'garbage' you just spouted?

I draw a distinction between people who are just voting for Trump and people who support Trump. And yes, there is a difference.

The left wants division. They got it. I'm all too happy to accommodate their wish in that regard.

From my contacts with Hillary supporters, they have no idea what they are for other than personal agenda items that have noting to do with national interests...only what the media has told them...and like good little bobble heads, they swallow it all and bobble their heads in agreement without any question or effort to educate themselves. This after all is the ONLY way progressivism can work.

A lot of your Globalist Granny followers are low information leftists. What more can I say? You're spot on.

Great. What kinds of guns and motorcycles do you own?

Precisely!

Now that Trump is holding his own in Florida and elsewhere, some Lefty pundits are talking about how women are holding their noses in support of Clinton.
"They don't really like her, but they have to vote for her because she is a woman and strong on woman issues."

What a bunch of ****ing sheep!

I've been saying that for months now, they can't think for themselves....they are brainwashed.

Hell, they want Nanny govt. to care from them womb to the tomb.

Just today, that arrogant asshole Bloomberg said he was going to contribute to the big push for self driving cars.

This from the guy who wanted to eliminate certain Large sodas that could be sold on the streets of NYC and is contributing millions to anti-gun candidates under the fraudulent term of Every Town for Gun Safety.

Bloomberg doesn't give a rats ass about our safety or our health....he just wants to control people....like Soros does.

Social Security = Control
obamacare = Control
Gun control = Control
GW/CC = Control

It's all about the control with these people and the politicians want us Controlled!

That's why Trump is such a threat to the power elite, they can't control him.....and I like that idea!

I hear ya. Leftists of course will deny it.

The more that is dependent on big gov't the better it is for the left. I prefer self-reliance, living your life as you see fit, and achieving success. Success being however you want to define it.

That's not what the polls show.

Check it out: http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-election-forecast/florida/

Come back and tell us all about it after the votes are counted.

You can't believe the polls shrub....no one knows....and the nightly news said that Trump had a razor thin edge in Florida...

I think he actually has more than that in in many places. You come back and tell me about it after Nov. 8th.

Believe whatever you want to believe,it will have no effect on reality.

Just sayin'.

The right wants unity? Are you an example of the right advocating unity?

The left wants division. They got it.

The left wants division? The left? You know you are supporting a candidate that wants an actual LITERAL wall that divides people right?

I'm all too happy to accommodate their wish in that regard.

The funny part is that you can't even recognize your own hypocrisy.
