Trump

We got 2 choices.

Choice 1 - A person that would likely perpetuate the current situation based on their parties beliefs. Unwilling to look at the reality of foresight only trying to please the court of public opinion for instant gratification. Could potentially implode the system as the foundation is weak to begin with, and wants to continue "Treating the symptoms" not the cause. Likely if we collapse we will end in war as we would lose our place as the greatest super power due to our collapse and another country will take advantage.

Choice 2 - A person that doesnt know when to shut the hell up, arrogant as they come. Has a realistic view on policies though regardless if it offends people, because its based on foresight and future perpetuation not, to please the current party. Willing to shake the foundation for the hell of it cause he can. Likely not doing it for the money cause money has no affect on him anymore. And wants to just piss off as many people as he can. Likely if he doesn't shut up, he will piss off the wrong person and we will go to war anyways.....

Lesser of 2 evils? yeah no... 2 evils period.

There is just 1 little tiny ray of light..... if Choice 2 learns to shut the !@#$ up, we have a chance as his realistic non politically correct no BS policies are what is needed. Choice 1's policies are just to make the current generation happy and perpetuate the US's enabling system....

PTSD, treating the systems with Kolonipin, Marzipan, Xanax, Morphine never helped the person. But Treating the cause, the deep down fears and reason... it what allowed them to heal and become a better person.......

Says who, Crovax? Says who?

That's what I was wondering. Given that the GOP, the RNC, the DNC, pretty much the entire media establishment, including Fox news, and everybody who is even slightly left of center on Twitter, Facebook, message boards, and any other non MSM communications vehicles have been piling on Trump for many months now while pretty much giving Hillary a free ride, I would say Trump has a damn good campaign organization for it to be as close as it is.

I wonder if you'll still consider it ridiculous AFTER Hillary opens the borders and brings a few million Islamic immigrants to the country? Just saying.
I think Angela Merkel (Hillary's doppelganger) already did in Germany and they're having quite a few (Muslim) problems yes or no?

If you read the original I linked, you would see this sentence:

"Illegals are everywhere and Islamic Muslims are openly trying to hurt this country and make the civilized world adjust to them. WE WANT IT ALL FIXED!"

I am fervently against illegal aliens, and illegal immigration. I supported Trumps call to stop immigration and travel from known terrorist havens until officials figure out what is going on.

I will not condemn someone simply because they are Muslims. History has taught some terrible lessons about countries who turn on groups simply because of their faith.

I would like the US to create human size food processors to be fed with terrorist Islamic Muslims.

Trump's problem is not his stance on the issues, it's that he's tone def and has only one gear. He plods along, without the ability to adapt or modify his obtuse personality and lack of charm. It comes off as quite doofy and insecure.

They are uneducated angry white men, not a very good demographic to try to win with.

The dimmest and worst educated people I run into tend to support Mrs. Clinton. The most intelligent and best educated ones I see tend to support Mr. Trump. There is nothing wrong with being angry at anti-American commies like Clinton and the sorry specimen currently disgracing the White House. Anyone who loves this country should despise them.

Can I piggy back on this........

the US created ISIS..... Wooooo woooo wooo wait what..... Yeah stop for a moment and think about it

1st Commandment -
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

We went into a country that has fundamentally different religious beliefs and political beliefs, we had a war on their door step, and now trying to feed them Western religion along with democracy. What the hell do you expect, these people have been practicing their religion for 2000+ years, and because we do not agree with them we are going to force our views on them our democracy. We are violating our own 1st amendment.

These people are pissed and are radicals because we made them they way they are. We either let them be or keep them out before we really piss the whole world off. We have no right to go against, their religion and we have no right to tell them that their religion while we dont agree with it all...is wrong...they way they treat women, goats, pigs whatever.... yes we as a nation may find it grotesque and horrible, but.... that is their religion, that is their practices and our 1st amendment evens states that we will not limit them from those practices. Within our COUNTRY of laws, I understand, but within their country.... hey we got our own problems....

*edit* yes we got attacked, we took the fight there and didnt let them walk all over us, thats enough, get out let them be. If they bother us again, yes lets kick their @$$, but why do we feel we have to police these people with our views...

You can, because I certainly couldn't stop you.

It is a stretch to suggest the US created ISIS.

If you want to go there, them blame the USSR for invading Afghanistan, for that is where all this started.

His stances on issues are pretty bad, too.
Especially his stance on illegal immigration.

Greetings, MickyW. :2wave:

You have explained very well the reasons for Trump's popularity, and I can't say you're wrong in your evaluation. Below is the response that was given to me by a Trump voter a few weeks ago when I asked why he voted for Trump, and not Kasich, our governor.

"We have believed that only politicians can run a country, but we are angry with our politicians because of the downhill slide our country has taken, and we no longer believe it takes a politician to get things done that benefit us. We look at our crumbling infrastructure; the disappearing middle class who is still expected to pay all the bills; the lack of good paying jobs; the amount of people on food stamps and other government assistance just to survive; and most importantly the people we have elected in the past who seem to benefit themselves first, with the leftover crumbs going to the people of this country.

There are many reasons why we voted for Trump, and I have only named a few, but they are all true. We do not believe this country will survive if we have another politician running things, but we hope a businessman will at least begin to undo the damage that has been done, and make a change for the better."

I rest my case.

His stances on issues are pretty bad, too.
Especially his stance on illegal immigration.

I don't completely disagree with protecting the borders from illegal immigration. We need a little more sovereign protection from outside interests and to enforce the laws. I also don't believe a wall or mass deportation are realistic.

And yet he is better than Clinton, at least Trump has ideas on his own how he should behave. Clinton follows a well tested consultant driven script, and as some DP member (sorry, I suck at remembering where I pick stuff up) said last week Hillary has the emotional intelligence of a slug. She should have buried Trump in the debates, she should have buried Trump at the dinner, and yet she just could not manage.

Cause she sucks at this game.

She has always sucked.

The wind changes?

NOW?

It's not that I'm not for securing the southern border. It's just that (like you said previously) mass deportations and a giant border wall are wholly unrealistic solutions.

Cool story bro'

Have fun with all that despising, its good for your psyche.

Neither Clinton or Trump are great choices and they don't each have all the answers but he's a little knucking futz. She's just an uptight beech and know it all. ;)

As the owner of manufacturing businesses in Southern California for over 30 years, I have had to deal with illegal aliens trying to work for my companies. It is a serious problem.

The simple answer to ferreting out illegal aliens is to start by ending opportunity for employment. The foundation of these laws are already on the books.

There should be an increase in the fines and penalties for any business that knowingly hires them. These would be punitive, pierce the corporate veil, and would include mandatory jail time, and personal asset seizure to collect the fines.

At the same time, E-Verify must be approved as the single source for business to check legality of employment.

All other talk is nothing but hot air and political posturing to exploit the issue.

It's the same vile hate every single day with them. It never changes.

I don't know how they get out of bed in the morning.

Yup, but they live in a world where they can get their daily fix of anger from Rush or Hannity, Levin, etc. They need that anger like a junkie needs a fix.

You can, because I certainly couldn't stop you.

Yeah its a stretch..... the whole point to it, is we pissed them off... we disagree with their religion and forcing western democracy. You damn right they will be mad and retaliate and more so there is a fear of danger for our nation.

So why should we not be worried about them coming in to cause problems, there is a fundamental difference between their beliefs and ours.... while we cant stop them from practicing as long as they dont infringe on each other we are good.

Another side note... Hilary stated the other day about Syrian refugees. She likes to use women and children A LOT in her speeches. To me this is one that likes to use "women and children" as an excuse. to Win the Hearts and mind of the people.

While lets say American women and children know how to act accordingly (sorry if this sounds offense women, its a lack of a better terminology at this point), Women and children of other countries may act much differently.

With that....Hilary, have you been in a country where a women has picked up an AK47 and fired it at you, Hilary have you been in a country, when a child was given a grenade unknowingly or even knowingly and said, throw this at the US troops that are coming down the road to give shampoo, shoes and toothpaste.

Im sure she has not. The world is not full of Rainbows and Sunshine. That also means women and children just as dangerous as 18-30 year old males.

So saying open our border to refugees...... Dont be an idiot and not see the dangers you potentially are accepting.

I didn't write this, but I fully agree with it.

Millions of Trump supporters feel this way about Donald J. Trump. "We don't care if the guy swears or how many times he's been married or who he voted for, or what his income tax return shows. We want the problems fixed. Yes he's an egomaniac, but we don't care. We know he's not a racist, or bad to women, or all the other things the liberal media is trying to label him with. We know he's raised a good family, and that says a lot about him.

The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republican Party is two faced & gutless, and illegals are everywhere and Muslims are openly trying to hurt this country and make the civilized world adjust to them. We want it all fixed!

We don't care that Trump is crude, we don't care that he has changed positions, we don't care that he fights with Megan Kelly, Rosie O'Donnell, and so many of the elected establishment.

We don't care that Romney, and the Bush family, and so many other top old and new Republicans refuse to endorse him for their own selfish reasons, and we know what they are. We don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorists, we don't care that he tried some businesses that didn't work out.

This country is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims, where every Tom, Ricardo and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in, AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED. And TRUMP is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.

We're sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic and Republican Party. We're angry about the Iran deal, the budget, treatment of Israel, military weakness, lobbyists, special interests, overpaid politicians with their self-serving bills and back room deals, trade deals, loss of jobs, manipulated economic numbers, businesses fleeing, and even the phoney pay for play Clinton Foundation.

Americans are no longer going to be fooled, and the movement is out to change the direction we're taking. Trump may not be a saint, but he doesn't have lobbyist money holding him, he doesn't have political correctness restraining him, and all you know is that he has been very successful, a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, he's flexible, and he's also not a politician. And he says he'll fix it. And we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar.

Public service has become elected greed. This may be our only chance to have a non-politician, despite his flaws, try and correct the mess, at least for 4 years.

We must take the shot, because the consequences of putting Hillary Clinton in office are frightening.

There is a tidal wave happening, and it’s going to overcome much of what's happened to this country.

Would you like some cheese with that whine?

All the fault of the liberal media. Of course.

Sorry, but top athletes don't blame others, good politicians don't blame the media....it's childish and of low character which is what the buffoon is. All this complaining about media favoritism, where the **** were the complains when "the media" was giving Trump the primary with an estimated $3 billion in free coverage? If it's "all" the media's fault how did Trump get where he is?

He's has also claimed he didn't get an Emmy for his gawdawful TV show because it was "rigged" Whenever this asshole doesn't get what he thinks he's owed he bleats that its "rigged".

The man has no spine, no integrity, no mojo and very little intelligence. I doubt he even realizes the depth of his refusal to guarantee a peaceful change of leadership. The only part of the on He's a bigot, and a bully. So what he has a "good" family, so did Momar Gadaffy and Sadam Hussien, Hitler had a lover.

He is where he is by his own words, his own actions, including encouraging fighting at rallies, dissing a federal judge, boasting about sexual assault....nobody put those words in his mouth.

The problem may be the very notion that these are things that can be "fixed" or need to be "fixed". Any one of those issues is extremely complex and people should be very skeptical of anyone who claims a quick fix. The law of unintended consequences was once a conservative mantra, and now it takes a back seat to acting on a nationalistic passion.

Uhh, OP? Who "fully agrees" with a statement that they don't care about Trump being a misogynistic asshole?

the more I read in this forum, the more I understand his followers, his worshipers, have that in common ... many be they male or female are misogynistic

this election has definitely brought forth a certain segment of society whom I thought no longer existed

if nothing else, that awareness is beneficial although disappointing

Trump brings out the worst of the worst, the fearful angry rabble who realize they are a rapidly dying breed, and they want their last angry hurrah...

There's always an "Us" and a "Them", whether it's male and female or republicans and democrats. High school cliques never end for many adults.

"And yet he is better than Clinton, at least Trump has ideas on his own how he should behave."

Seriously?

Would those "ideas" include boasting about sexually assaulting women? Do they include calling out a federal judge because he's the son of a Mexican? I wonder if his ideas also include calling on supporters to "punch 'em out, I'll pay the legal costs."

Clearly his "ideas" include whining about being rigged every time he doesn't get what he wants. first its the Emmies and how he was "cheated" out of an award because it was "rigged"

He's a ****ing ***** who can't handle the slightest criticism.

Of course, then there's the media. They rigged everything too, including the $3 billion in free advertising in the primaries...oh yeah, they're out to get him for sure.
