I am lucky enough to have both my parents alive despite being in their early 90's. Today I drove him to the hospital for tests that he goes through a few times a year. He brought up the subject of the election which surprised me since we normally never talk politics.

Both my folks have been voting Republican their entire lives and both admit that they only Democrat they voted for in a presidential race was John F. Kennedy in 1960...... and that is out of loyalty to a fellow Roman Catholic.

So today my dad tells me he is voting for Clinton and he thinks Trump is "another Hitler". WOW!!!!! I should also tell you that my dad was 19 years old in 1944 and was a gunner on a B-17 flying fortress and was shot down and spent the better part of the rest of the war in a German prison camp where he went from 180 pounds to 105 pounds. He never liked the shot Trump took at John McCain and took it as an insult to vets like himself.

He also said the remarks Trump made about "grabbing women between the legs" (thats how my dad put it) was way out of line and he was insulted by it.

Now he does not like Clinton and little good to say about her. But he did say "we survived Obama and we will survive her too." He does not think the chances of surviving a Trump would be as good and he would take us into war because "he thinks out of his ass".

My mother says right now - she will probably not vote for President. My dad says he will work on her before they vote absentee.

That does it for me. Trump will lose and you can bet the farm on it.

Hillary is perhaps one of the biggest supporters of the Military Industrial complex in politics today. War is all but guaranteed under Clinton.

Actually, I sorta think there is a scientific explanation - I wrote an article about it five years ago. Looking back, the article does seem a bit too starry-eyed, but the core point of the article - quantum biology - is something I believe will be a serious field of study in the decades to come. You've been anti-Trump in post after post for a good while now. So while this story "does it for you," why should it convince anyone else of anything?

I've never predicted that he would win, but I have also never presupposed that he would lose.

Unlike other's, I don't abandon a ship at the first signs of distress. There are still weeks to go and time for sea-weather to change...as has happened in this campaign back and forth time and again.

When the last vote is counted and the fat lady has sung; then I will accept the results.
