From NBC legal analyst, Lisa Bloom on the Trump rape of the 13 year old child.

This is the first declaration given to the court "Two unusual documents are attached to Jane Doe’s complaints - sworn declarations attesting to the facts. The first is from Jane Doe herself, telling her horrific story, including the allegation that Jeffrey Epstein also raped her and threatened her into silence, and this stunner:

Defendant Epstein then attempted to strike me about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed at me that he, Defendant Epstein, should have been the one who took my virginity, not Defendant Trump . . .

And this one:

Defendant Trump stated that I shouldn’t ever say anything if I didn’t want to disappear like Maria, a 12-year-old female that was forced to be involved in the third incident with Defendant Trump and that I had not seen since that third incident, and that he was capable of having my whole family killed."

The second is even worse then the first if anyone is interested , just ask and your wish is my command. This issue isn't going away and it shouldn't. I believe the charges , because that describes this man to a tee. He is all of that and worse.

I'd like to see some evidence to support these allegations.

First of all this is a lawsuit, not a criminal rape trial.

Second of all, while the burden of proof is only preponderance of the evidence, the plaintiffs still have to prove their case.

Finally, I choose to consider someone not guilty until they are actually proven guilty in a criminal trial; NOT in the court of public opinion.

Agreed. You should make this same statement in all of the threads where Trump devotees are claiming Bill Clinton raped women and Hillary enabled it. He was never proven guilty in a criminal trial, nor was she.

I feel the same way about this Trump story. Until he's proven a rapist in court, I'll make the firm statement that he isn't a rapist.

People seem to forget that we have this pesky thinking in this country that people are innocent until proven guilty.

If I remember correctly those cases were not allowed to be investigated because he was President of The United States so we can't know what happened.

It would be a hell of a lot more devastating if Bill didn't travel to the same island with the same guy as Trump. Just saying.

As it is it only confirms some CT out there that the rich and powerful are sexual predators and child molesting perverts, alla True Detective season 1.

Unfortunately, we will never hear anything more about this because Bill Clinton has been a frequent flyer on Mr. Epstein's jet and any investigation of this matter would likely implicate him, too. I would speculate that this was probably a topic of discussion between Mr. Clinton and Loretta Lynch during their "meeting" on a private jet earlier this summer.

What is it about private jets, Clintons, and scandals? Maybe they should start taking the bus.

As there is no link, nothing to support whatever this is you've posted, it might be fitting to simply apply the Clinton Family approach to these allegations.

Destroy and threaten the accusers, obfuscate and deny they exist.

No, I'm just not an ignorant partisan who picks and chooses when it's okay to call someone who hasn't been convicted of a crime a criminal because I don't like his politics.

No, the contention by some is that the president is really just another average American, subject to the same legal system as the rest of us. It's a nice notion, and it would be even nicer if it was true, at least even in part. It's not.
 
What we have here is simply a case of someone who seems to take great pleasure in starting bait threads starting another bait thread. Why not just have a little fun with it? No need to get upset about it.

Those are allegations. A allegation of rape is not evidence of one.

And until proven guilty in a court of law, I'm considering Trump to be innocent.

Where did I say it was a Criminal charge and where the hell did I say it makes him guilty of anything, unless me finding the Trump would have no problem doing this in my opinion. You can't twist this around, stick to whats in the thread.
