Trump was winning by 3 points before the debate and now by 6%

what does that prove??

that proves americans now know who their REAL enemy is..... its the MEDIA.. where they all say clinton won the debate .. and proving they go opposite their enemy which is the media

the gallup poll had already shown americans has RECORD mistrust in the media

this is also showing the UNDERSTANDING that the media and democrat party are the enemy of women .. blacks .. hispanics and gays this is spreading....

the INSANE push for muslims is the cause... which are womens worst enemy.... and takes the blacks and hispanic jobs and chops gays heads off

so it was INSANE for the democrats to try to fool the liberal voters in such and easy issue to understand

So we believe the CROOKED media when THEY lie our WAY. GOTCHA.

real clear politics site... is fudging the numbers

the la times poll shows trump winning by 5.6% over hillary... but the real clear politics is showing 5 %

this is giving clinton 6 tenths of a percent that she did not get

usually numbers are rounded off after the half of a point.... not rounding off to the bottem but to the top

this rounding off gives hilary 6 tenths of a percent .. which shows a bias......... trump was 5.6% head of clinton and they rounded that off to 5% instead of the normal rounding off to 6%

I go by RCP's 4 candidate field polls which shows the average of eleven polls. Any one poll be be skewed and can be an outlier. But averaging all polls together eliminates this. Here is RCP's polling average for today.

RealClearPolitics - Election 2016 - General Election: Trump vs. Clinton vs. Johnson vs. Stein

Your LA Times does not include third party candidates which are polling 10% and thus are not base on the reality of this year's situation. It would have been back in 2012 when third parties were polling less than 2%. But not this year. Johnson is on all 50 state ballots and Stein is on more than half, around 30 states as of today. When they are not included that inflates the numbers the two major party candidates will receive.

What is interesting about RCP averages is both Trump and Clinton have risen a bit since the debates, Clinton rose from 42.7 to 43.9 and Trump from 40.3 to 41.0. The debate helped Clinton some, she has gained 1.2 points while Trump gain was 0.7. But it takes a week or so to really see how the debate affected the polls. One can't determine the effect immediately after an event like a debate. Polls usually take three days to conduct, another day or two to compile and then are released. Come Monday, we will have a more accurate picture.

The MUSLIM issue is the only true issue

And Trump the WISE will bet the fraud media and the democrat party...the women and blacks will vote Trump because they are WAKING UP

the LA times poll finds the wave FIRST.. that is what makes them DIFFERENT

and the la times endorsed hillary and the times 3 experts all said clinton won the debate... and this push against the media is showing people are SEEING THEM as the real harm and the real enemy

that is the BIG NEWS.. people are going opposite of what they see as the enemy

the real clear politics fudged the number of the la times poll to help clinton.... 5.6% does not round off to 5% as the real clear politics are showing.. drudge report shows correct it is rounded off to 6%

the muslims chops gays heads off and killed all those gays in fla

how in the world would gays now go with the democrats?? see they along with women and blacks and hispanics are using the BLIND online polls to speak their true thinking .. that is why trump is soaring with these blind polls

That the LA Times is now and has been an outlier and cannot be trusted.

So every single poll except for CNN is an outlier? Do you know what outlier means?

I don't remember saying that and in fact know for a fact I never said that.

Why can't you deal with what I actually say rather than what you wanted me to say to make your argument easier since you then are arguing only with yourself?

Very clearly made a statement about the LA Times.

538 has some very good advice: add six points to Clintons numbers on the LA Times and that is about the average of the more reliable polls across the nation.

I'm sure RCP rounds for both candidates. There is no conspiracy. It'll be alright.

The only new poll taken after the debate on the 26th is PPP's poll, it was taken or conducted on the 27th and 28th of Sep and PPP in the two candidate field shows Clinton up by 4, 49-45. Your LA Times/USC is a tracking poll running from 23 Sep through 29 Sept. So 4 days worth of that poll was pre-debate and 3 days post debate. The LA Times/USC hasn't reached a point where all they polled was after the debate. Most of their numbers are still pre-debate.

I still think to get the most accurate picture one has to look at the 4 candidate field and go with the averages. Putting all your eggs in one basket or one poll could be a great let down. There are 11 polls listed in RCP's 4 candidate field and Clinton leads in 10, only Bloomberg showed Trump ahead, by 2 points. The MOE for Bloomberg was plus or minus 3 points, so that 2 point lead falls within the MOE and could actually mean Clinton leads.

In the two way field, RCP lists 10 polls, Clinton leads in 8 of them, only your LA Times poll shows Trump ahead, while Bloomberg shows it a tie. Chances are the LA Times is an outlier in this. But we should give it more time, we need more than just one poll, PPP's to give us their results when all the polls are taken post debate. So we shall wait.

Link, Dude!!! You've been around here long enough to know better.

You understand that the LA poll is constantly being updated don't you? Of course you don't.

yes or no??

does muslim enslave women worse than america's conservatives?

does democrats push more for Muslims? or does TRUMP?

does more muslim refugees compete more with blacks and hispanics for jobs?

does muslims or conservatives chop gays heads off??

we see with these questions that it iNSANE for women to vote more for democrats than Trump
Same for GAYs .. and same for blacks and hispanics

and these online polls where people can hide from friends maybe democrats switching under cover to TRUMP

before the debate.. trump was 3 % next 4%.. next 4% next 6%..

that is showing a pattern of INCREASING .... and as more are INCLUDED then MORE are going for trump

which proves the MORE polled after the debate.. the more for TRUMP...

proves the understanding of how the media is totally corrupt is SPREADING... they saw how the mod did not speak of the number 1 issue the muslim issue that would SINK the democrats

their poll comes out every morning

Fair enough. However, after taking a closer look at their method all they are doing is using a perfectly normal method of rounding up or down the candidate's percentage. No fudging what so ever. To think otherwise would be ///////// unwise /////////.

WRONG.. it is not normal to round off 5.6% to 5%.... the normal way is to round off 5.6% to 6% and that shows in many places but not in real clear politics
