Ted Cruz endorses Donald Trump

Actually, he's gone pretty damn far! ;)

One and done in the Senate, doing nothing good for America while there (and more than a little very bad!), and getting embarrassed multiple times by Trump is not impressive. Completely not understanding how few militant evangelicals there are in America thus running a dumb POTUS election campaign for extra credit. If he can get himself reelected I will reconsider. A little.

Note: This represents justice for a lover of his elite status asshole extraordinaire.

You realize he's still a Senator, right?

And will be an incumbent, in '18?

In Ted's case that will not matter much, especially after he failed to fall behind Trump at the right time. It is highly unlikely he survives a primary. Supposedly someone big is all cued up to go get him, cant remember the name...A Trump Party guy I think. With money I think.

Sorry old chum, a bit busy just now. Going to try to cook and serve on salt block tonight.

But watching Cruz go down in flames is going to be great fun.

I hate him.

Well, we do agree on one thing: We don't like the guy.

Enjoy dinner.

I'm calling in a sausage, onion, and anchovies, thin-crust pizza. Top with a little crushed red pepper flakes when I get it home, pour some Morgante Sicilian red for my wife, and we're set!

Rep. Michael McCaul is the name, very wealthy, very pro Trump, and out taking swings at Cruz today.

And Salt Blocks kinda suck, Your pizza had to have been much better.

Back in the day that would have been with Old Style though.

At home it was Augsburger, made by Huber in Monroe.

Ted Cruz battered by Texas Republicans for his silence on Trump

Former Texas Republican Party Chairman Steve Munisteri, who is working as a consultant to Republican National Chairman Reince Priebus, said, “The fact that you have Republican elected officials in Texas criticizing Sen. Cruz, that fact alone tells you how much the political landscape has changed.”

A year ago, he said, that would have been unimaginable.

I think he is rather popular in his district.

Senators dont have districts, and it is looking like his popularity might be past tense.

We shall see, I thought Little Marco was headed for the car lot business, but he won his primary.

"After many months of careful consideration, of prayer and searching my own conscience, I have decided that on Election Day, I will vote for the Republican nominee, Donald Trump," Cruz wrote in a Facebook post.

Honestly, was ANYONE surprised about this? Did anyone actually think that Ted Cruz would come out and say he was voting for Hillary?

Next up...Barack Obama: "I have decided against joining the KKK."
