Cincinnati Enquirer

The Enquirer has supported Republicans for president for almost a century – a tradition this editorial board doesn’t take lightly. But this is not a traditional race, and these are not traditional times. Our country needs calm, thoughtful leadership to deal with the challenges we face at home and abroad. We need a leader who will bring out the best in all Americans, not the worst.

That’s why there is only one choice when we elect a president in November: Hillary Clinton.

Enquirer: It has to be Hillary Clinton

Devastating.

This is on Drudge....what are they proud to be like North Korea?

A newspaper endorsement in this day and age is about as useless as Hillary Clinton wearing a negligee.

In your attempt to slam hillary... you've managed to create an analogy that makes absolutely no sense.

Yea, I think it's funny watching the MSM freak out over how much influence they have lost to the internet and social media.

You may be right, her philandering husband probably hasn't touched her in private in over 40 years. :kitty:

If they endorsed HC, they are not conservative.

You can keep living in that fantasy world. They called Trump a clear and present danger. lol...about sums up the their take on it. I'd say putting country ahead of party is very conservative.

Not what's going on, the never trumpers in the republican party are loyal to the establishment politicians in the government. This includes both Democrats and Republicans. There is a reason why Obama has changed almost nothing from the Bush polices. It is a two party system with a single establishment core. Trump is upsetting this establishment. Vote Trump or get 8 more years of corruption and crony capitalism.

Why on earth would I do that? The past 8 years have been the best years of my professional career since...well, since the last Clinton was in office.

Jr Bush years sucked. Trump is very likely going to bring that crap back. No way would I vote for him.

not at all, in the last three years the Enquirer has become more and more left wing as Republicans have moved out of the City proper and into places Like Anderson, Mason, West Chester etc. The Enquirer has become a leading Bannerrhoid voice that parrots the idiocy of the Cincinnati City Council's "leaders" like Ivy left wingers Mayor John Cranley and Councilman PG Sittenfeld. There is no real republicans left on the Enquirer board and while they might endorse Portman over Strickland, the fact is your pronouncement is both stupid and incorrect.

Sure. I see Hillary taking the country where Obama ran out of steam or just lacked the heart to go. Of course, she may be on her last legs and die before 2018...but, Obama is done. Has anyone even heard from him in the past month or two?

What is it in particular that you want Hillary to do? I'm not always against liberal ideas, I'd like to see the insurance companies removed and universal health care as long as those that want traditional plans, are able to able to buy it if that's what they want.

I'm an invest heavy in social infrastructure guy. You know, roads, bridges, education, joint ventures with private business for better planes, trains and automobiles...that sort of thing. Healthcare, with the aging population as it is, would fall in that category as well.
