Who do We Blame if Trump Wins?

They took her in and propped her up.
They didn't have to, but they did.

They're just as responsible.

And they will pay the price if she loses. And, boy what a loss that would be. Total humiliation!!

Like I said in the post above, that would be worth the price of admission.

I'm looking at the bright side---I am a glass half full kind of dude.

IMO, if Hillary loses, she's gone and are the Clintons and all the horses in her court. Good riddance. It's almost worth seeing Trump as president for 4 years to get that outcome.

I share your general outlook on things. Always cup is half full.

It seems to me the period of political dynasties are quickly fading, if not over. We'll learn in 50 days if that's true.

Like you, I will be glad to see the Clintons, and their court, out of Washington.

Trump. He has run a successful campaign against the odds and emerged the winner.

If he wins, he will have beaten the odds and shown us all that an outsider can become president. That's not a bad thing, IMO.

The same people we should blame for 2 Obama terms: the uneducated voting populace. I'm still in shock that are choices for president are both horrendous.

Don't blame me, I voted for Kasich--an honest guy with honor who follows the rule of law.

I'm not talking about Kasich. I agree with you about him.

I'm talking about the elitist politicians throughout our government as well as government employees installed by them. I'm talking about the Cruz's, the Rubio's, the Bush's, the Reid's, the Pelosi's, the Obama's, the O'Connel's...and, of course, the Cinton's.

They are all the ones who are more interested in feathering their own nests...politically and monetarily...than in actually doing the right thing for the people or in actually following the law. Those are the people who have brought us to the environment in which someone like Trump will very likely win.

Have you ever voted for one of those kinds of people? If so...you own some of the blame.

I'm not. Have you seen the fall TV line up? We live in a very dumbed-down nation.

Of course we have. We all have...unless someone doesn't vote.

The media.
I know, it's tin foil hat stuff.
This election has shown me that all pretense of objectivity in the MSM has been thrown out the window.
They're biased as hell.

It's not tin foil hat stuff.

The media...or, at least, portions of it...have been biased and have worked very hard to elect their choice for decades. I mean, Hillary wasn't just defeated by Obama back in 2008. She was also defeated by the left-wing media. This election, the media...left and right...is mostly in the tank for Hillary.

But, in a way you are correct about them sharing some of the blame if Trump wins...but not because they've worked to get him elected. It'll be because the people are sick and tired of being directed by them. Them throwing their objectivity out the window is playing a big part in Trump's success.

I blame it on hate radio and their war on objective truth.

Well, the important thing is that you've all found a way to absolve yourselves of blame.

Ah democracy. Isn't it wonderful.

That's the American way---no one is to blame for Trump but Trump. At least so has been the theme in another thread which I cannot discuss here in detail.

I'll blame the Democrats for nominating an unpopular shrew who could not even beat the blow hard with a bad hairdoo.

The same people I'm going to blame if Clinton wins. The idiots who made Clinton the nominee and the idiots who made Trump the nominee.

Don't blame me. I voted for Rubio. And I ain't voting for either one of those frauds in November.
