I actually had a positive opinion of her she=s clearly very smart but she's revealing herself to be a self entitled bitch.

OK, I just wanted to make sure I understood. In 2004, Donald Trump said that pregnancy is an inconvenient thing for a business. It's surprising to see this policy from him today. Can you talk a little bit about those comments, and perhaps what has changed?

So I think that you have a lot of negativity in these questions, and I think my father has put forth a very comprehensive and really revolutionary plan to deal with a lot of issues. So I don’t know how useful it is to spend too much time with you on this if you’re going to make a comment like that.

Ivanka’s cool exterior is starting to melt as reporters have begun to point out her various hypocrisies. She says she champions paid maternity leave, but the company that makes her clothes doesn’t give its employees any. She carries on about supporting women in business, but she doesn’t pay the aspiring businesswomen who intern for her. She lied when she said the Trump hotels give their employees paid maternity leave (they offer 12 weeks unpaid leave, the minimum required by federal law) and basically read Clinton’s platform aloud to pass it off as her father’s at the Republican National Convention. It’s time to recognize Ivanka’s gender-equity shtick for what it is: Donald Trump’s self-entitled sleaze in a slightly more woman-friendly package.

Ivanka Trump finally loses her famous composure and snaps in Cosmo interview.

Sounded like the reporter was ignoring what Trump proposes instead electing to badger her about fathers and gay couples not having the same rights. It would be like offering a homeless person $20 and then having them complain it wasn't $100

Are you to stupid to realize that many of the products that you also use, come from companies that abuse their workers?

Ask the Chinese how they like their bosses, and working conditions.

the word you "on the streets" are desperately searching for is "too". I'm smart like that.

Donald Trump ain't running for President of China. We don't set those laws. He is running from President of the US and we do set those laws. It's legitimate to ask about the evolution of his political platform given his past and current profession. A lot of what he said took a 180 when he started running for President, and we'd like to know what Donald Trump we'd be getting.

So keep the deflections out of it, it won't do anything to help your cause. Deal with the arguments made as they pertain to the POTUS election cycle.

That was Ivanka "SNAPPING"?

I am so impressed, for 99% of the rest of us snapping is a lot more testy.

She didn't earn the nickname "ice princess" for nothing.

sorry, I should have put up a sarcasm alert.

I was commenting on how the media lies to sell the story that they want to sell.

You call that a snap?

It sounds like she had full control over what she said and how she said it.

Just to be clear, a pregnancy is a huge inconvenience to a business but that is not in contrast to this policy.

THis is priceless:

Citing a candidate's previous statement on the issue under discussion is, again, pretty basic and well within interview bounds. And the phrasing of Gupta's question — "what has changed?" — practically invited Ivanka Trump to put a positive spin on things. She could have talked about how times have changed or how her father has become a grandfather since making that remark — how watching his daughter excel as a mother and businesswoman has strengthened his resolve to make sure other women have opportunities to do the same.

She even could have spun the "inconvenience" comment as a reflection of her father's desire to implement a balanced policy that helps families without over-burdening small businesses that must replace the productivity of mothers on leave

.
Feuding with a women's magazine and winding up in fact-checkers' crosshairs is definitely not part of Ivanka Trump's mission. But it's no surprise from a campaign that has shown over and over that it is wildly undisciplined when it comes to messaging through the media.

I love it how "the ends justify the means" has become so ingrained with young journalists that they look at not lying to sell what you have to sell as a sales flaw.

Actually, I am disgusted.

Knocking a candidate who uses overseas labor while you consume products made in countries with abused labor forces is nothing but hypocritical.

Nice try!

It's hard to not buy something produced over seas, but for the most part I look to shop local, buy American, etc.

Regardless, that's just another deflection. The line of questioning is appropriate given how many topics Trump has 180'd. He's still CEO of those companies too, so as President, will he use his power for the benefit of his corporations and his corporate buddies?

Trump is expected to have been all along playing real life Monopoly by the rules as he would like them to be rather than the rules as they are.

In other words he is supposed to be crazy.

He is not.

It's not even close to a deflection. Geeees...............stop the nonsense. The OP insinuated that Trump and his lady are the devils for using overseas labor.

When you stop the deflections.

And the OP did not insinuate with that Trump and Co are the devil for "using overseas labor". Geeeez......stop the nonsense. It was stating how she easily lost her cool when it was brought up that what they claim they want to push for in America is something the refuse to use in their own corporations.
