Gary Johnson, in his own failed words

It didn't take him long to demonstrate why I'm not voting for President at all this year.

Sigh.

Some of the fluff there was dumb, but overall I like that better than what Trump or Hillary have to offer.

Out of Trump and Clinton, he is still better than those two. And that's pretty sad for all three when you really think about it.

No, Trump would be better.

And I despise Trump.

Except he has no chance of winning

A FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR better choice than going with Clinton or Trump.

Not even close.

I dunno, I took a serious look at him a few months back, and not sure exactly what it is about him, but he rubs me the wrong way personally. Not that I agree with his somewhat libertarian policies or lack thereof, he reminds me of that uncle that you would never leave your kids with.

Tim-

With no chance of winning.

With a large chance of not getting any electoral college votes, you may be correct, but I can't even begin to do one damn thing about who those jokers vote for now can I?

Generally speaking, there's no reason for any of us to vote for POTUS. Right?

So why not send a message?

How about a giant, collective F U to both the D's and R's?

Don't vote for those a-holes and thereby suggest you support what they've done.

If you pull a lever for Clinton or Trump, you're part of the problem as to why we're where we are today.

.....but very, very risky.

I do understand your frustration, I share it. And a year ago, I swore I would never again vote for the lesser of two evils. But as we approach zero hour, my survival instincts are kicking in. So I must respectfully disagree with Johnson as a better choice.

With that mindset yeah. But if people would actually vote for who they thinks is best and not for who they think will beat the one they don't want, then maybe we can actually get some decent people in office.

Voting for Johnson is the equivalent of trying to get to an island and you can take a motor boat or a sail boat and you choose a car.

There are cars out there that can double as motor boats.

So you're gonna vote for Trump and thereby tell the Republican party that's the kind of candidate YOU want from them.

Be my guest.

I won't.

As for the electoral college, in the last 10 POTUS elections Delaware's gone with the D's seven times. No reason for me not to think Hillary gets my state's vote.

So your "vote" for Trump, if you lived in Delaware, would be just as "wasted" as my vote for a third party candidate.
Except our different votes tell something different to the two main parties.

I will NOT support either the D's or the R's in any way, shape, or form. They suck. They have failed us far too many times.

.....but very, very risky.

No it's not.

My state is almost a dead-nuts lock to send all three electoral college votes to Clinton.

Which as we know, has NOTHING to do with the popular vote.

To be fair, you probably wouldn't vote Republican anyways. And no, a vote for Trump isn't saying he is what you want. This country has a long history of voting for the lesser of however many weasels.

I wish in personality and presentation Johnson was more credible. By position? He is by far the better candidate.

He sure is, especially if you agree with 75% of the DNC platform.

Well, that seems to stretch it some. If half of the votes are for Mister, he will get a vote in the electoral college. And considering the three primary's front runners (Trum, BS and Clinton), the American People is a little confused at this junction in time and nothing should really surprise you.
