The idea that "Hillary lies about everything" or is otherwise a horrible person comes from old school sexism. It comes from the claim that only evil selfish women seek careers (or even a job) or political power. "Good women" and "smart women" prefer to stay at home and take care of their family. Since Hillary has decided to seek a political career, she must be one of those "evil women" who "don't care about their husbands, or other people in general".

That's clear, right?

You need a little more understanding of what exactly deep vein thromboses are, and how it puts those at risk who have it to pulmonary embolism:

DVT occurs most commonly in the leg; however, it can occur anywhere in the body, such as the veins in the arm, abdomen, pelvis, and around the brain. A complication of DVT in legs and arms is pulmonary embolism (PE). Hillary is a woman. People don't like and disagree with Hillary, therefore those people are sexist.

I don't think you have much of an understanding of the disease. At the onset of the disease, the patient maintains use of the vast majority of his higher faculties; he only starts exhibiting innocuous symptoms such as forgetting small things and details. Then the disease progresses and the patient starts to suffer more conspicuously, keeping in mind that the disease's rate of progression vastly varies among patients depending on early diagnosis, treatment, genetic factors, etc.
