I was just going off the OP where his lawyers said he would invoke his 5th amendment right if called to testify.

All of this is just a cat and mouse game. Clinton knows that anyone in a position to give damaging testimony will plead the 5th and when they do she then turns around and toots the horn of... "See! They keep dragging up these politically motivated false claims despite the fact that there is no evidence." "It's a partisan witch hunt!"(ironic because I truly believe she IS a witch or at least was in a past life)

Until someone dares to testify against her, she's in the clear and she knows it.

Does continuing this political farce with more subpoenas have any legislative purpose what so ever? We have a justice system and an investigative agency...so why is congress acting as both instead of doing their job legislating?

I am not a republican, I have told you that some time back in multiple posts, and as far as I am concerned both parties can go to hell.

The 5th will only cover his azz for so long. As soon as they have a shred of proof in his involvement, he will face the music no matter what he refuses to say.

You'll have to ask him why he's obstructing justice.

If this is a dog and pony show, as you claim, he wouldn't have asked for immunity and wouldn't be invoking his 5th Amendment rights.

That I agree with. Both parties need to be thrown out the window into the cesspool of horse manure where they belong for making us have to choose between Clinton and Trump. The two major parties are obsolete and belong on the scrap heap of history. Both told the American people to stick it where the sun doesn't shine with their choice of nominees.

I for one am not buying into it, I will be voting for Gary Johnson and every third party candidate on the ballot. It is the political parties, Republican and Democratic that has wrought all our problems as a nation today. I agree, to hell with both.

I have shredded the GOP and their politics on here many many times. The problem is, that you closed mindedly reference any rebuttal as a attack from the far right.

It's not a secret that Pagliano was hired by Clinton to set up and maintain her server. His involvement was spelled out in the FBI report. Congress isn't going to find out anymore than what the FBI found so it's all just an exercise in futility for the sake of a political agenda to keep this email nonsense alive until the election.

He's not testifying because Obama has rigged the whole thing. Simple as that.

Congress isn't interested in justice...they're only interested in bringing Clinton's ratings down and abusing their power to do it.
