Immigrants file false charges on americans to stay

I'm talking about all immigrants. It's an easy fix to just wave a magic wand and disappear them all from college campuses in the US.

But please, do tell us how you feel about undocumented immigrants.

Basically it is a horrible gap in the law.

it says that any immigrant legal or not that has been victim of a crime can file for a UVISA.
now the federal government only allows 10k UVISA's a year and there are currently 64k or so visa's outstanding.

last year out of 512 UVSIA's NY state only certified 150 of them.

however what it does do is allow people who want to come here or their families accuse innocent people of a crime and
force them into court or worse to defend themselves so that they can get a UVISA.

in MS right now 19 people or so where arrested for fraud like this.
marriage license fraud and changing police reports in order to try and get people UVISA's.

this is simply a huge injustice that has to be looked at.

Border invaders are not immigrants, undocumented or otherwise. They're criminals.

So do you mean immigrant criminals that came here to commit crimes, individuals that committed a crime by crossing the border, or immigrant criminals fleeing their home country to avoid prosecution?

I mean people who are in this country without authorization. The reason doesn't matter. The crime is crossing into our country without authorization.

Illegally entering the country is illegally entering the country.....
