What if Trump Wins?

It's the fourth quarter. Hillary came in ahead by 24 points. But, she fumbled the ball twice, and Trump scored a couple quick touchdowns. Meaningless points at garbage time, or is this the makings of a miracle come from behind victory? Time will tell.

Anyway, the wife and I got to talking about this last night. She's pretty much, "No freaking way will this idiot win." I'm a bit less sure about all that. Hillary is like the Bengals....she can blow a 14 point lead in two minutes. "Just watch."

So, the question has to be asked. What do you think will happen if Trump wins? Will it be the end of the world as we know it? Or, will it just be business as usual, but with more of a white privilege, hate to be a Muslim or Mexican flavor to it?

IMO, Trump winning will probably be of benefit to me personally. I'm white, American, and I have a career in manufacturing technical management. Unless he blows up the economy, which I doubt, I'll be fine.

If Hillary wins, the SJW's will probably be given more opportunities to turn this country on its head with their nutty ideas, taking it even further into Crazyville than they have already; more people will be lining up with their hands out as the government enables them further; cops and White people will be blamed for all the problems in the Black community instead of the criminals living in that community; Mexicans and Muslims will swarm into this country unabated; guns will be the new epidemic on which we must declare war; taxes will probably go up, and personal responsibility will go down.

In short, I don't really care who wins. There's good and bad either way. I'd probably prefer to see the Hillary world rather than the one floating around in Donald's head. I'm a bit more inclined to see government involved in updating infrastructure and pushing some progressive social reforms. But, a Hillary agenda driven world can quickly become just as screwed up as whatever Donald has in mind.

Trump will get his butt handed to him in November.

The same hate and fear messages that have attracted support from the Alt-Right to Trump will impel most Americans to vote against Trump.

Polls have shifted dramatically in the past two weeks. What looked like a joke has turned into a close race. 538 now gives him almost a 30% chance of winning---kind of like being down by 10 points with two minutes remaining, but Trump is the Steelers playing the Bengals.

The question is...what if?
So lets assume for a moment that he wins. I predict that the anti Trump crowd will react as the anti Obama crowd did at the time.
We may see
Stocks nosediving, hopefully just temporarily
Conspiracies galore
Calls to split the country apart
Hateful rhetoric
So basically nothing new.

Same crap should Hillary win.
 
Unless either one of them blows up the country, I can't see my life changing for the better or the worse.

Clinton's still ahead of Trump 5 points nationally, but obviously that gap is narrowing.
 
People who think Trump will lose no matter what have been led around by the nose by the Hillary supporting media.

As I've stated over and over, stop crowing about a victory that hasn't happened yet. Wait till the fat lady sings.

Trump has a lot of support, vastly more than the left-leaning media is willing to credit...and NOT just among white male "rednecks."

Hillary has a lot of problems, a lot of baggage, and serious levels of public dislike despite all the clearly biased support for her in the mainstream media.

If Trump wins? Nothing much will actually change except a wake-up call will be sounded for both typical conservatives and the leftist SJW's...change the rhetoric because people are sick and tired of both their agendas.
 
When either Trump or Clinton wins, we're in for a world of hurt.

If he wins, we become the laughing stock of the world. Trump's buddies and companies will start getting some fantastic government contracts. Our allies and treaties will be in danger since Trump has a way of disregarding those. Government will get bigger. Debt will get bigger. War will expand. He'll have Reality TV drama with other world leaders, etc.

America will survive, but we'll be worse off for it.

One of the best things about a Trump victory is right there in the bold. It's also the main reason I am sort of hoping he does.

I've been watching it almost every day. I am absolutely stunned at how fast the tide has shifted. Two weeks ago, it looked like Hillary could capture Georgia and AZ. Today, she has less than a 30% chance to win those two states. Her projected lead to win Ohio is now less than 3%; same with NC. And, Florida is within 10%.


It really is a bit like a football game, where the team leading by several touchdowns in the fourth quarter is now blowing the game.

And my answer is that Trump will lose.

The man started out with demographics against him and increased the opposition with his hate and fear messages.
 
If Trump wins it will be a great day for America and for the World, it will be a resounding rejection of the liberal globalist agenda. It will mean boarders and sovereignty still have meaning and that the World can finally say Islamic Terrorism. It will strengthen the awaking that is going on in Europe lead by brexit and the growing rejection of the hoards of Islamic refugees. But most importantly it will mean that the most corrupt lying evil witch to ever run for office will be send packing. Maybe she can get some rest and check into a hospital.

I don't think there's a chance in hell that the leftist SJWs nor the right wing fringe will stop promoting their agendas if Trump wins. In fact, I see the opposite. I think they would get bolder.
