There was a story last week about a White Supremacist attacking running over a Black

The headline was "White" Supremacist Mows Down Black or something like that

So if a headline reads White Supremacist kills beats etc a Black

Does that slam insult etc all Whites ?

Yes or No

Liber argument #101

1) Blame the source, obviously anything that doesn't agree with you comes from a non-credible source.

2) Always claim your opponent means all even though everyone knows he means the people you are talking about, then play the race card.

3) Get indignant

It's not.

Than why is the left bending over backwards not using the term Islamic Terrorist?

That is a good question. They are worried about innocent Muslims being targeted and that people will think Islamic Terrorist and Muslims are one and the same.
They share the Muslim faith but Islam is a different ideology that says Islam must be the dominant faith. Radical ones even more so. But regular old Muslims are mostly just like everyone else. They just want to live and let live.

Assuming for the moment that a white supremacist intentionally attacked a black person in some way, and assuming further that it was reported in the way you describe...

Then no, of course it's not an insult to all white people, because only a small minority of white people are white supremacists.

Even more importantly its an even smaller minority that actually attacks black people.

Its the blacks that attack whites 100% of them 100% of the time. But you cant say whites attack blacks, because if even one doesn't, your position is bunk.

Using the phase "Islamic Terrorism" when referring to terrorists who believe in a specific version of the Muslim faith comitting terrorism
Is the same as calling the Crusades "Christian Terrorism".

Accurate, but not telling the whole story.

And definitely potentially inflammatory, which is likely why they avoid using the phrase.

I can see why they would be defensive, Mohammad was after all a terrorist and a pedophile (By today's standards anyways).

Make a tough argument when that is your foundation.

I don't avoid using the phrase, but I do try to be very nuanced when I'm talking about this subject.

The last thing I want to do is overgeneralize all Muslims.
