Immigration fraud: Muslim Minnesota House candidate married her brother; No investigation

Minnesota State House of Representatives candidate Ilhan Omar has made history and been universally hailed as the first Muslim candidate for that office. She may also be guilty of immigration fraud, as she apparently married her own brother, who is not a US citizen, in 2009. But there is no investigation. Why not? Would it be “Islamophobic”?
