How important is the brand/logo of a political party?

This is a general question for anyone worldwide. When you see a political party's logo and brand, does it influence how you feel about them, or do you think it's unimportant?

I saw the widely-shared Obama/Trump logos the other day and it started to make me think about political party logos. When you see a political logo - whether it's the Democratic donkey, the Republican elephant, the Obama hope image, the Hillary Clinton "arrow" logo, etc. - does it affect how you feel about a candidate or party?

As well, I'm curious about the effect of branding in my own province of Alberta, Canada. We have five main political parties here that span everything from progressive to very conservative and they each have a very different primary color and logo. I made a quick 5-10 minute survey to find out how people feel about each logo, (link removed) and I'll compare it with the general election results from our past election in 2015. It would be awesome to get 100+ responses if people here are able to help out. If there's interest, I will definitely share the results!

On a side note, I've been lurking here for months but finally decided to create an account to join in the discussion. :)

If you mean that survey, I just made it for my own interest. I'm not selling the information, and I can't imagine asking about a couple logos in an obscure area of the world is a commercial endeavour. Apologies if this is off-topic; I'm genuinely interested in a discussion on the main question, which is whether logos influence us in deciding elections.

Click bait garbage is the WORST kind of garbage.
