Question for Trump Supporters

Funny how that works isn't it? Guess he doesn't want to go bankrupt again :lamo

Yup.

It means that he lied to his supporters, of course, and is using the campaign as a personal enrichment tool, causing the GOP to lose to Hillary in order to buttress his own personal coffers.

But it does mean that he is less likely to go bankrupt. That is spot-on.

From the very beginning the conspiracy theory was Trump was only running to get Hillary elected. I'm not big on conspiracy theories but maybe I should try to remember where I put my tin foil hat ....

The OP is a pretty straightforward question but I gather from the mostly passive refusal to answer it and the vehemently defiant way by a few who did answer is that this question really was disturbing to them. It seems to have struck deep in the doubt lobe of their brains. And if there's anything that must be repressed by Trump supporters it's that increasingly persistent doubt about everything, not just the reasonable doubt that he's going to lose and there isn't some hidden well spring of "undetectable" Trump supporters out there but also creeping doubt about having picked this nag to bet on in the first place. He's always been unstable of mind and mouth but now he's zigging and zagging wildly to try to find some way to not get humiliated on Nov. 8. He's test driving almost every way to "soften" (i.e., back down) on several of his most ridiculous and offensive proposals and this comes just a week after telling his faithful that he's not going to pivot. Now he's pivoting like a basketball player stuck in the corner with no one to pass the ball to. I don't blame people for being upset about the question. I just think they should have seen this coming when the rest of the world did months ago---many months ago.

The only thing upsetting is that crooked Hillary will most likely be our next President. If Hitler were running against Hillary I'd be a Hitler supporter.

Trump supporters complaining about 'lack of respect' is like when Trump complained the Clinton didn't take the 'high road' in her speech at the Dem Convention. lol

Trump doesn't deserve anyone taking the 'high road' when taking about him. And his supporters don't deserve respect.

It's hilarious when someone that supports a known proven corrupt lying witch gives lectures on who deserves respect.

Just as Hussien is Obama's actual given middle name. Doesn't change the fact that neither individual uses said name as a regular monicur, and those that refer to them as such are doing so for purely negative reasons. You're not different than the "Hussein" bunch, just a different shade of the same thing.

Also, not a Trump supporter.

Why do you deny something that was never even implied? My use of the Drumpf name is quite different from the "Hussein" bunch. Their motivation was to try to make Obama seem foreign, not American, an enemy and, along with all those references to his Kenyan father, whose name was also Hussein, racist to some extent to be sure. And it was part of the effort to allege he's a crypto muslim, of course. IOW, it was part of a larger slander, smear, lie effort from the right. I like to use Drumpf for two reasons: too emphasize how recently his ancestors were immigrants themselves (coming over when there was really no barrier to entering the country) and also because he made a reference to a Jewish critic of his having changed his name, suggesting he was trying to hide something his jewishness. He also did something akin to that when he tried to impugn the integrity and impartiality of the judge with a hispanic surname in one of his many lawsuits in which he's a defendant. So, you're way off base in your facile assessment and peremptory dismissal of my reasons for using it. That tactic is an easy and lazy way to make it seem you're "above the fray" but it's also transparent.

If Hitler were running against Hillary I'd be a Hitler supporter.

That says it all.

That's good that you admit it, and sick. But it does show the mentality of Trump supporters. You would support the biggest mass murderer of the 20th century and a man most racists and White Supremacists look up to.. Like I said, that says it all.

Funny how someone who says he would support Hitler deserves to even post here.

Stormfront is that away>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>..

Wow. If I were you, I'd try to delete that comment PDQ. That shouldn't just be embarrassing. It's a self-indictment and an invitation to be rightly called a particular adherent of a fascist ideology. If you do delete it we can pretend we never saw it.

Nope, racists are usually proud of there stance and hatred.

Up to now that commenter hasn't seemed that unhinged. I don't agree with more than 1% of what he writes but it didn't seem like he was as unbalanced as that comment suggests.

I just really oppose Hillary, but it sure is easy to get you progressives all riled up :lamo

Riled up doesn't even come close to describing that comment of yours. But if you're not going to back off of it then you deserve ****storm you're going to get. I'm not sure the mods can protect you from being from being called a certain name when you've essentially identified yourself as one.

I don't care I've been called everything at least once before. Bottom line is there is no one worse for America than Hillary. I'd even rather see an Obama 3rd term, even though that is essentially what Hillary will be.

But then again, I suppose to be fair I should wait and see what unfolds. At this point I'm thinking Hillary is probably going to win. We can't bring Hitler back.

Similar to the use of Hussein constantly with Obama. It's an immediate sign to tune out and to assume that no legitimate honest discussion is possibly going to take place.
The difference is, at least "Hussein" IS Obama's middle name, and it can be said as-is, instead of sounding like a grade-school punk using "Drumpf."

the polls are of little import at the moment.
Very true. Personally, I'm looking forward to the debates. The polls will swing back and forth like a windshield wiper.
