Bigoted White US Citizens take bave stand against US Citizen server

many of these have proven to be hoaxes in the past. but hey, it's on the internet, so it must be true

Agreed. It's possible the waitress wrote that down on her own to get a 15 minutes of fame. Furthermore, tips aren't always written on the check, often it's just left at the table.

she clearly got stiffed on the tip. I find it highly plausible that pissed her off, even enough to write in the comment and take it to social media.

You don't know if she got stiffed on a tip. In addition to leaving tips at the table the tip could have also been put into a tip jar. Furthermore, I find myself giving low or no tips to people who just don't give good service. Seeing as how she's unprofessional as to take pictures of receipts she probably just gave lowsy service.

A poster on this forum a few days ago said a woman in the news, Mrs. Cruz, was an immigrant or an illegal alien, I forget which but it doesn't matter. The article said nothing and the woman's English was very good in the video so I asked the poster why he thought she was a foreigner.

Well, he's a fourth-generation Texan and can tell these things. I really get tired of people assuming who is an illegal alien, assuming who is gay, assuming all sorts of things. Not long ago a man I know was staring at a man at a cafe and he said, "I know what he's thinking." He went on to tell me what the man was thinking and of course it was about him and it was negative.

"No, Frank, you don't know what he's thinking."
"The hell I don't. I just told you what he's thinking." I started laughing and, of course, Frank got mad at me, too.

No, I have no reason to think the young woman and her grandfather conspired to make up this story. Neither do the people who are suggesting that's what happened.

iot has happened a bunch. one waitress in New York made a lot of money on sympathy donations for what turned out to be complete fraud. she was fired, but was able to keep the donations that came rolling in.

Well, that must be it then. One person did it so everyone that has an incident is lying. That really makes a lot of sense so I'm shocked I never realized that before.

It's hard to prove, but I guess if you WANT to believe one way you will regardless so who gives a ****?

Who will give a ****? The one, on whichever side, is falsely accused. A significant number of rape reports are false reports. Does that mean the police should assume, with absolutely no evidence to support their belief, that a woman making a rape report is lying? I don't think so. I think they should at least start with an open mind and then look at the evidence. But, as you said, if they want to start by assuming the woman is lying, who gives a ****?

Who brought the police into this? YOU did. It's been pointed out that these "My customer was a hater!!!" have turned out to be "I was lying for money" often enough that without more proof than a crap ass picture it's ignorant to get excited over this.

Maybe these were a couple of KKK'r mentality idiots. More likely she gave ****e service and didn't get tipped and thought she'd get even.

Both are probable.

I agree. it's ignorant to get excited over this so I didn't. On the other hand, it's also ignorant to get excited about this and say it's a lie. In fact, it should be greeted with neither. I'm sorry you didn't like, or deal with, my other example but assuming since someone else lied then everyone who makes a similar complaint is also lying is ignorant.

Plenty of liberal people, stores, and restaurants refuse to serve cops, or people wearing opposing political t-shirts.

Nothing to see here.........same old stupidness played out everyday by people on both sides.

No, I said that because one person lies it's no reason to assume another is lying. The two are not connected. I can see how that would confuse you. Where you trying to say, "Cuckoo, cuckoo?"

Is there something I am missing? How exactly did you arrive at the assertion the couple is white, first of all? The only thing mentioned in the article that might allude to that is, "The Darts saw that this nice young woman was a woman of color and assumed that they were being served by an ILLEGAL ALIEN!". As it was not mentioned in the article the people's color, and not all people of color particularly like other folks of a different color even, especially how is it you determined this "fact"?

Second, how do you know they are voting for Trump? Said nothing like that in the article. And did you notice that the signature and handwritten note do not appear at all similar.
