Apparently his corrupt tie to Putin were causing respective GOP donors to recoil in horror. The train wreck continues.
BREAKING: Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort resigns in wake of campaign shakeup and revelations about Ukraine work.

Yes, but here Trump has another problem:3 Campaign Managers in as many months.
With Ailes and Bannon on board, however, and the GOP's donor and contact lists made available to them, I think that the Trump Entertainment Network is well along on it's way, and just has to get through the rest of the "Campaign" before they can officially kick off operations.

So Trump is learning the game, it seems.
Previously, he would simply double-down on this stuff, and shout louder!
Yes, but here Trump has another problem:
Roger Ailes is under a cloud due to his sexual harassment problems! :doh
But you are right here - If Trump gets into office with Ailes at his side, we will see the biggest propaganda effort since TASS & Pravda!
Ah, but this isn't about what Trump thinks or cares about; it's about public perception in terms of votes cast. (and that's a function of how much damage occurs from opposition and media attacks)Yeah. I'm sure Trump cares very deeply about htat.....
Good point. Yes, I agree. Trump is fostering a tribal splinter group, no doubt. He's actually (sadly) doing a pretty good job.But I was referring to after they lost. They've built up a core audience who will buy literally whatever insane thing Trump says, no matter how disconnected from reality. Whether that's out of tribalism (and wouldn't survive a campaign loss) or not I don't know, but they may be thinking they can turn it into a loyal brand following.

Which is why the Trump campaign is denying any official association with him.

After all, this has been Aile's domain since before Murdoch tapped him for Fox: GOP Presidential PR.
Agreed. The Neocons are thrilled with having someone opposed to the traditional military industrial complex moved out of the way. Although I don't know why Trump hired Manafort. Trump obviously hated the man and never listened to anything Manafort told Trump. This is very good news for the McCain campaign.

What was corrupt about his work for Iron and Steel companies in Ukraine 10 years ago and what did that have to do with Putin?
