Conniving little whore

I haven't read the entire DoJ report but I did check out the section that this accusation comes from and there doesn't appear to be anything other than anecdotal evidence for the assertion now being discussed.

Now let me ask, is it guaranteed that the reason a detective in the Sex Offense Unit would suggest 90% of his cases are "bull****" is systemic gender bias or could it be that there's something else going on? Unless there is another part of this report that gives the details behind the "findings" it strikes me as being thinly sourced at best and, possibly, intentionally inflammatory.
