Oh and btw, the label being applied with any sense behind it doesn't matter. If it shuts liberals up then it has done its job. The one thing I will say about liberals is that make excellent teachers on the topic of being a scumbag.

Perhaps it's semantics, but I do believe many people enjoy finding offense rather than being offended. Actually being offended is unpleasant, but finding offense gives them evidence that their world view is correct, that they or some group they care about, are the victim, and that gives them leave to be as obnoxious as possible in retaliation. It plays right to the glorification of the victim that is so prevalent in modern society.

Since when are you the subject of this thread?

SJW has taken on a much more general meaning since gamergate. "SJW is a pejorative label applied to bloggers, activists and commentators who are prone to engage in lengthy and hostile debates against others on a range of issues concerning social injustice, identity politics and political correctness."

Activities of the SJW tribe allegedly have included making false charges of harassment and other sins, doxxing, and even swatting.

You don't have to say anything very unusual to earn the ire of these people. People have lost their jobs for only so much as supporting the defense of marriage or being critical of homosexuality.

Rei is a soulless doll and cannot compete with Asuka. Yuki would get her **** kicked in by Asuka. Haruko might be able to compete, but that bass is no match for Eva Unit 02. Ryuko might be able to do some damage though.

:agree: Social justice should be the same for everyone - as our Constitution states - not just for "some groups or individuals." We have already seen that the wealthy elites are not treated the same as everyone else, which means it's political, so how far down should the "social justice ladder" extend to make some people happy? We could theoretically end up with thousands of "protected" groups or individuals, all at each other's throats! Is that some kind of goal to strive for? :shock: *shaking head in perplexity*

Point of it is is that Blazing Saddles is hilarious in it's raunchy humor. In an excessive PC world the SJWs would have us live in, it wouldn't be allowed by them, much as we see with a movie in the OP with similar humor, I believe?

OK, I will try and slow this way down for you so you can follow. I was having a discussion, and some one tried to excuse his comments by suggesting "liberals", and by association myself, did something. And your ignorance of SJWs is matched only by your ignorance of liberals.

Yuki should have been obvious with the Rei reference. Rei means cold, Yuki snow, Ayanami a destroyer, Nagato a battleship.

And I have never gotten around to watching FLCL.
